This is definately your best yet...and I can't believe I almost missed it x_X I honestly don't know what to say in terms of critic, I wouldn't want you to touch it. xD But I do have a minor suggestion~ The text is great as it is already, but maybe instead of placing it on a horizontal line, why don't you make it follow the line of the guitar? (as in, place it on an angle like the guitar) Just so it looks more in place. Everything is at an angle save for the horizontal text, so it kinda looks out of place. Hope you catch my drift :X

<_< Okay! So maybe we chose the wrong word. The point I was trying to make was, it doesn't look like a painting lol. It just looks like it was Photoshopped. But the simplifying part, that's cool. It's kinda hard to turn an actual photo into a painting only using Photoshop Filters. If you're really aiming for it to look natural, that is...
Yeah, I second what Sora 13 said. It just looks more blurred up than an actual painting. I don't think JUST using filters is the greatest solution for this task - some traditional work will probably be needed for your goal. (:
Sweet manips TBK. :D I find the simplicity really fitting, actually. I personally favor the the second, mostly because it works best without the text.
