Capitalizing the first letter in a sentence or in a name isn't bad. Just, capitalizing every single letter in a sentence is most commonly reffered as "shouting", and just the idea of a person using caps all the time seems just as irritating as a person shouting at your face all the time. I suggest you hold back from using the caps button so much.

Actually, what they mean by mature is trying to refrain from acting like a child.

And I's assuming you used Caps on all those letters before the cap filter kicked in?

just to add: One exclamation mark a sentence unless you really need to, and don't overuse the smileys. We get the point after one.
