They'll have the ability to completely block websites on the suspicion they have or are promoting copyrighted material. This means websites like tumblr, youtube and reddit. Currently, the users are ultimately responsible to not post copyrighted material, this will make the companies themselves responsible.

Recess was probably equally if not more important than regular study/class time. Having that break really gave my mind a break. I mean, kids aren't getting stressed but it's incredibly monotonous. 1st grade through senior year of high school.
