maybe, there are three parts to every heart, and those two things at the bottom show how memories reach to other hearts. Otherwise I don't know. This symbol is very confusing to me.

If the Keyblade is a kinda heirloom that chooses the strongest heart, then sora would have gotten it from the keyblade bearer before him. Whoever it was is either A) dead B) a heartless and nobody or C)doesn't have a strong heart but someone definatly came before Sora.
