Josh held his hand out the window, feeling a light brush on his hand. A bluejay had landed, chirping, one bright eye focused on him. "What is happening?"he whispered, tossing the bird into the air. It flew away, still chirping. Dev led the way down the road, revving her motorcycle. She grinned, pulling the front wheel up into the air, then riding up the embankment to the ground above the road. She laughed, looking back at Aiden.
