Eva faltered, then followed faster. "I can take care of myself!"
Aerith watched, worry and indescion on her face. She reached for her staff, thinking quickly.
Eva folllowed, trying to keep up. "Neoph!"
Aerith shrugged. "We don't need to know, as long as we survive."
Eva shook her head, trying to hold him back. "I can get new ones."
OOC: Sowie XDX D8 Tears appeared under Kira's eyelids. "I love you." she whispered, then stopped breathing. Alexa wiped her eyes and got up, rummaging through the food bag.
Eva held him tightly. "You can! I know you can." She pullled him out of the water, keeping an eye out for Pheonix.
Aerith glasped her hands, then spread them apart, a wave of green flowing over her teammates.
"C'mon, c'mon!" She towed him to the cliff's edge. "C'mon, you're better then him! You can fight this."

Eva didn't even think, she shoved Pheonix roughly and dove after Neoph, streamlining her body. She crashed into the water, grabbing his body and pulling him to the surface.
Eva slowly handed her katanas to Pheonix, her eyes on Neoph.
Eva stopped, then dropped her two katanas. "Please...don't hurt him." she murmured, her eyes childlike and scared.
Eva closed her eyes, praying silently, then whirled around, slicing toward Phenox with her katanas.
Alexa wiped at her eyes, hugging her knees. Making sure her face was hidden she cried silently, missing her sister with every fiber of her being.
Eva nodded. "But why must you kill me?" She repeated. She turned her back to him, drying off her hair.
Kira gasped, trying to breath. "Nox...." she pressed her hand to her stomach, feeling blood flow through. "I don't think...." she closed her eyes, feeling darkness take her over. "I love you." she whispered.
Eva stopped, her heart beating fast. "Why?"
Eva nodded, catching her breath and smiling. "I love swimming." she climbed up the cliff a little ways, wringing out her hair.
Eva swam, her ears popping with the pressure change. She barely touched the bottom before swimming up, breaking the surface and gasping.
