Xion looked up, stepping back. She clenched her hands, closing her eyes as the rain poured down on her.
Eva let go of Felix, looking at the fields. She didn't know who this girl was, but Felix knew her.

Xion gently touched his shoulder, watching.

Xion flinched, then slowly got to her knees, watching him. She didn't know what to think.
Eva looked up at him, her eyes pleading. "We can get out of here, somewhere safer. It probably won't kill me, my mum just said that as a precaution."
Xion looked up at him, her blue eyes wide and childlike. She said nothing, didn't move, barely breathed.
Eva smiled, closing her eyes. "Glad we agree." she murmured.
