She giggled, then covered her mouth with her hand, hiding her smile. It wasn't something she did usually. "I could hook you up with a place to stay." she offered, liking the guy for some odd reason. He was more open then the other guys, maybe.
"Familiar?" she asked uncertainly, almost shaking with fear. Aly slowly placed the letter opener on the front porch, not taking her eyes off the vampire in front of her. "I don't think you can be a man and a vampire at the same time...." she murmured, almost joking.
She struggled to keep the smile off her face. "No, my hiding spot is my home, a few minutes away." she answered, regaining her balance on the tree. "Where is your hiding spot?" She almost laughed at the conversation they were having, but held it in check. Barely.
She tensed, then slowly turned around. "Are you stalking me? I don't plan on going down easy." she grimaced, hiding her hand behind her back. Damn, that letter opener was sharper then she realized. The fear scent must be coming off her in waves now.
I dun like chemistry XD It's sprinking now.
She jumped, almost falling over. "Dammit, don't do that!" she whispered, her heart pounding wildly. She put her hand to her chest, trying to calm down. "It was probably you! I thought something was following me."
8D8 That's good. My science teacher made my class watch a week's worth of a movie on Al Gore and global warming.
Aly stepped outside, checking her mailbox. Alianne. She hated her full name; it made her feel like a delicate flower. She would have changed it if she could, but she was stuck with it. At least Aly sounded halfway bad-ass. She sighed, then smiled, looking up at the sky. At least it was a beautiful day, too.
There we go. Someone agreeeeeess 8D I'm startin to feel a little crazy.
She pulled her hand back toward her body. "No one can help me." she said finally. "No one."
Eight words. GLOBAL WARMING!
XD everyone seems to say that about their state's weather. But yeah, I concur.
XD its not that bad. Yet. Damn Minnesotan weather.
Nah, its just staying cloudy now 8D8 Its gonna be dark soon anyway.
I knu. I wanted to make sure you were okay :glomp: It could rain here, but its not a possibility.

Aly looked back, then nodded. "Get the longest song you can. Anything. Kaylee, right? Can you draw some kind of protection or barrier for us? Don't overdo it. You, key guy. Keep your mouth shut, and wait to use those keys. Okay?"
Aly climbed up the tree, trying to keep quiet. She narrowed her eyes, tryign to see past the leaves. Something had to be there, it couldn't be her imagination again. She held her breath, listening. Something had definetly moved. She tensed, waiting for it to spring, or for her to get a chance to.
OOC: Thank you! BIC: Xion watched the people in the restraunt, her blue eyes wide. She stayed out of the way, like the cook had told her, and cleaned dishes. He gave her food in return.
