They just are. I mean, it's cute, I just...like to be alone.
Aliaxane sighed, then wandered down thehall, her movements quiet. She didn't want to be heard, or found. She wanted to be alone, and not hear the other members talking and arguing. It was too overwhelming. Her small glass shards keeping her company, she crept down a set of stairs, into the blackness.
OOC: I said much worse then that when I found out XD BIC: Feeling tears come to her eyes, she sat and just let them fall, watching as they spilled to the floor. So much had been lost, and she still had things to lose. Why did everything have to become a memory....Stupid vampires. She hated them all. A gentle reminder, her old scar on her wrist. She sighed, rubbing it with her other hand, her eyes distant, tears still falling down her cheeks.
Xion tried to stop, seeing a figure before her. She tripped, then slid to the person's feet, and sighed. "I'm so sorry, I couldn't stop..." she began apologizing, before looking up and realizing who it was. "Demyx!"
Aly took a deep breath, then leaped at the unknown, landing on its back. A little unorthodox, but it would have to do. She focused entirely on the creature before her, trying to inflict as much damage as she could.
Eva shook her head. "It's magic. They've used it before...." she cut down another raider. "If we can't beat them, we have to get away from them. "
Aly cringed, then backed into the woods, her ears flat against her head. Only when she bumped into something did she turned, her eyes glowing. Daine struggled to stand, her whole body hurting. "Oh.......hello." she murmured to the wolf, knowing instantly who she was. Her mom hadn't raised an idiot, after all. "Please don't hurt me." she murmured again.
Xion smiled, trying to be brave. "Nothing too bad. She just injected me with something or other, and I broke my wrist escaping...I'll be okay.." she hugged him with her good arm. "Thanks for coming back to get me."
Xion tapped her fingers against one of the chests in the room, her eyes distant. She didn't realize she had stopped tapping until sudden pain brought her back to the present, with her fingernails digging into her palm. She sighed, then relaxed.
Aly shrugged, then sat down, then lay on her back. "Wherever you think." she murmured, her voice barely loud enough to be heard.
She giggled. "Practice. I didn't just sit around waiting for you, ya know. I had to do something." she cartwheeled on the rooftop, then looked out, maybe for some new victims.
She cringed, the rage making her remember things she didn't want to. "It wasn't me! " she protested weakly, his rage making it hard for her to see and think. She pressed herself low to the ground, ready to flee.
Aly grinned, then waved it away. "Not right now. What if we were attacked?" she pointed out, then smiled again. "Maybe if you want to stop for the night, then I can do it."
She smiled, then turned, looking up. Slowly climbing up the ladder of vines, she reached the roofs again. The fastest mode of travel in this world. She loved it. "Coming?" she called back
Nadia was about to retort something when the sky above her head exploded into stars, knocking her to the ground. Stupid stupid stupid! she screamed inside her head, but she was unable to open her mouth, or even move. "Nadia!"Eva rushed to her, fending off a blow. "Nadia!" She felt fear, for the first time since the fight.
"The one who trapped you. He's a witch. They smell different, notice. Don't let him take anything from you. He might use it in some spell." Aly's stomach growled, and she shook her head, her form wavering. Pulling her lips back from her teeth, she growled, and held the wolf form. His confusion was making it hard to keep a shape.
She smiled over at him. "Thanks. It's just easier to tie it back." She eventually succeeded, then sighed. "Sometimes I wonder if I should just cut it."
She smiled, then realized where she was with him, exactly, and blushed. Twice in one day. Was the world going to end? She slowly got up, and offered him a hand up.
Ignoring the warning, Nadia charged into the raiders, sending them flying. "How many more?" she called out to Nox, her back to him as she made her way to Eva.
Kira tilted her head, listening. "That doesn't sound so fun." she asked, gently running her fingers over his chest. "Maybe you should try riding the tornado."
