Aly groaned, the typical teenager, then raced after him, forcing her body to change one more time. She would pay for it later, but she needed the speed now. She pulled him back gently, using her powerful jaws, then barrelled through the door, looking for the nymph, her hackles raised. Daine gasped and stood up, her eyes wide. So they were desperate enough. She moved instinctively toward the witch, her protective instinct taking over.
She rolled her eyes, watching. "It'll help us be faster, and stronger. We need that, because she has company. The witch from earlier." She growled lightly, then pushed her hair back. Focus, focus. But it was so hard to, when she could almost taste the food.
Aly shuddered, making herself stop. She sank her teeth into her arm, closing her eyes, waiting for the pain to make her stop. It did, when the blood welled around her teeth. She sighed, wiping her lips clean, then looked at her wound. Not again... she pushed herself up, then went to look for a bandage or wrap of some sort.
She growled, watching the house. "We must..." her stomach rumbled. "There isn't another way it out, it seems. We will charge through the door, and try to make it swift." She licked her lips, crouching down. "Do you have the energy to shift one last time?"
Aly couldnt' help but laugh, then followed the river. After a few lengths, she began to smell that sweet smell, like a flower in bloom. Her mouth watered, and she inhaled heavily. "Do you smell that?" she asked Saro, barely able to keep from drooling.
She blushed, then nodded, still unable to face him for embarrassment. "New is good." she whispered.
She stopped, then shook her head. "You lead. I"ll be your Beta. I'm not fit for Alpha." she murmured, pushing him in front. "Just follow the river. I'll be your advisor. If we stay in the same pack for a while."
Aly started awake, then sighed. Time to go. She opened the window, not bothering with the front door, and jumped down, rubbing sleep from her eyes. Her stomach rumbled, reminding her of her task. She sighed, then headed down the street, her eyes already wary.
She smiled slightly. "But it also limits the lives of others." She rubbed her arm, thinking. "My kind was hunted by all overs not so long ago, for the purpose of being used as slaves and to be eaten. We broke free of it, barely, but the stigma remains." Aly grinned, showing sharpened canines. "She has to live near water. Let's follow the river, and see what we can find." she whispered, taking his hand and leading him toward it. "She's a water nymph, so she has to remain near water to sleep. Other wise she'll feel umcomfortable."
She blushed, then nodded. "Very new." she whispered, touching her lips with her fingers before hugging him back.
oh XD I would never have guessed. Really really XDD I wish I would have. That would have been awesome.
She walked out of the room, a smile on her face. "Nuts. And why would we need to do anything about it? Why is it so important?" she closed the door behind her, then leaned against the small wooden countertop, arching an eyebrow.
She kissed him back, again, her sane mind wondering what she was going to tell Nadia when they got together again. She knew the other girl wouldn't approve.
Daine heard him and called out, "We don't eat meat. Since we can shift into animals of our natures, it is considered like eating brothers and sisters." She pulled on the long sleeved shirt, then tied her dark blue hair back. It still hung down to almost her waist, and she sighed. Maybe she should cut it again soon...
Xion smiled, turning and hugging him gently, careful not to put any pressure on her stomach. "You had doubts?" she teased, wincing as her head pounded slightly. She touched his face gently. "Don't be worried. I'm fine, really. First time's always the hardest." she smiled gently, trying to ease his worries despite her ragged appearance.
Yush. XD I needed another change. Again.
XD So what's with the color changing borders? I watched them for about five minutes @_@
Aly nodded, then sighed. "Thank you for your assistance, but..." her eyes widened as she saw the guys who had been chasing her. "I should probably leave you now."
She nodded, then smiled slightly. "I'll be in my room." She headed to a small room off the kitchen, and closed the door behind her. Sighing, she slipped off her shirt and rummaged around for a new one.
Eva froze, surprised beyond words. This was new. She hesitated, then kissed him back gently, unsure of what to do or say next.
