Aly managed to shake her head, and tried to warn the other girl with her eyes it was a ruse, that the people behind her were going to make their move now. OC: You can contorl the hormone crazed apes too 8D
Eva giggled. "Not much? What are you talking about?" she pointed. "That's much."
Aly nodded, but hesitated still, feeling guilty leaving another girl, when they should stick together. She took another step back, right into something solid. "What....." a hand clamped around her throat, making her choke.
Aly should have closed her eyes for the jump, but didn't have time. She was only human, after all. It made her stomach drop, and she struggled not to faint like a sissy girl. She had seen and handled much worse, but heights were beginning to scare her. Much worse was the fact that a vampire was taking her, and though he said he woudlnt' hurt her, she didn't know that.....did she?
Aly stood up, a little wobbly, but steady. She smiled, and shook her head. "I'm fine, really." She didn't want to add that she had no spare clothes, because her mother hadn't dared to go to her house. She was going to have to steal some, later. Sighing at this thought, she tilted her head so her hair fell over one shoulder, then smiled. "I'm Aly. Pleasure to meet both of you, Rhone, Jasped."
Nuuuu, you didn't fail :glomp: Don't say that, its perfectly fine. I'm still talking to my mom, and making some headway, so don't worry, okay?
yours is pretty original...I don't know if i would change it either.
Lots of people seem to like the name, and I'll admit I'm one of them. Enjoy your stay, be it long or short, read the rules and all that shiz, and try to keep your sanity. :3 see ya around!
See ya soon, and try to find me a nice british guy. I get tired of all the half eaten ones around here.
Eva smiled up at him. "May I see it?" she asked shyly, warily keeping track of her surroundings in case she had to leave in a hurry.
Aly smiled slightly at the whirl of questions, and decided to answer them. The poor guy looked a little scared to find her as she was. "I'm fine, just a little chilled. I fell asleep when I was floating downstream," she pointed down the river a ways, "because I got lost. I was running." she left out exactly what from. "I don't need help, I'll be alright." she said quieter, then smiled reassuringly. "Nothing's broken." Slowly bracing herself, she managed to get into a crouching position, but the world shivered, and she stayed there, hiding her weakness.
Eva smiled tightly, still holding his hand. "Fine." she murmured. "Just brings back bad memories." Changing the subject, she asked, "Where will you stay for the night?"
Eva nodded to them, friendly on the outside. "Hello." she murmured, only her grip on Sai's hand showing she was nervous. She reeeaaally didn't like being around other people again, but she would stick it out. Sai needed her to.
Still giggling, Eva stepped inside as the gate opened, still holding onto Sai's hand. "So this is your town." she murmured, finally quiet as she appraised it.
Aly looked up, blinking. "Am I dead? Or are you coming to make me dead?" she murmured, finding that was all she could do. She felt warm...either she was dead, or hypothermic. Whatever the case, she decided to sit up. If her muscles would have listened to her.
She looked at him, barely holding back laughter. "Only way, huh?" she smiled, barely holding it in. "I hope it works." she laughed then, leaning on him for support.
She grinned, pulling him to the gate. "How does it open?" she asked, tilting her head. "I mean, it doesn't have a knocker or anything, does it?"
Xion nodded, almost asleep. "But there's always a possibility." She giggled quietly. "Can you imagine triplets?" She shook her head, smiling, her eyes closed. "That would be a handful."
XD Sowie. I just like changing once in a while.
Looking up the walls of the embankment, and slowly treading water to keep the current from taking her again, she called herself 23 kinds of stupid. There was no way she would or could get up those, unless she wanted to lose her fingernails. She winced, then swam crosswise on the current, till she reached one. Tenatively, Aly put out a hand, feeling the rock under it, then gripped harder, the current pulling at her body. She grimaced, then grabbed another rock, and hoisted herself up. As soon as her feet were out of the water, she held used her now bloody hands to pull herself above the embankment, and collapsed on the ground, her hands pulled to her chest.
