Aly watched him, then smiled slightly, shaking her head. "I thought I had you vampires all figured out." she murmured. "I guess I was wrong. She meant something to you, didn't she?" He had pretty eyes, more like that other vampire, the one who had hinted she would be a fun toy, or familiar or whatever. "Well....." she shrugged. "You could leave me here to suffer, and maybe die, or you could go through the trouble of taking me home, where I would be able to probably never repay you."
Aly shook her head, puzzled. "I don't understand..." she murmured, more to herself. Smiling slightly, she looked up at him, still more puzzled by why he wasn't hitting her by now. "There aren't any. I sleep out in the open." She closed her eyes, certain it was coming by now.
Aly closed her eyes, praying she hadn't looked stupid or weak, then forced herself to study his eyecolor. "It's always a girl." she murmured, weakly smiling. "If it brought her back, would you give me to others?" she was so confused about these vampires. Why wouldn't they destroy her where she stood?
She looked up, curiosity in her eyes. "Why aren't you free?" she whispered, still leaning on him. Why did she always have to be the weak one, not fit for fighting? Why coudlnt' she save someone?
XD and yourself? :glomp:
After putting Tifa in the last spare bedroom, she stretched, then walked into her garden, smiling slightly. "Cold night.." she murmured, not sure to who. Her flowers were still blossoming...one small reminder of who she was when she was gone. At least they woudl have some memories. Xion poked her head out the door, looking for Demyx. She called for him gently, before getting dizzy again. Walking out into the street, only half aware of what she was doing, she sat on a bench, her head in her hands. "excuse me..." someone touched her, and she jumped. "Are you alright?" Oh god, the thoughts coming from this guy. He was bad, bad bad bad. She knew if she ran, she wouldn't make it. "I'me fine." she whispered, sending for someone, anyone.
Aly was confused. "This place is supposed to be fun?" she asked, still keeping her voice low. Men hated it when you raised your voice, it just made them hit that much harder. She knew he was close to her, but she had enough space to dogde if he tried hitting her. Then she could run. "Oh...I'm sleeping by the lake." she murmured, looking away. Hopefully he wouldn't freak out. It didn't seem to be a normal occurance.
Aly nodded, then tilted her head, more at ease. He clearly had some level of control. "Why not take me for yourself? I'm just a worthless human. No family, no friends. No one would miss me, so why not just make it easy?" She asked, keeping her voice low. Before he could answer, she turned, forgetting she was on a roof, and froze. A roaring filled her ears, and she couldn't turn away from the devasting height that filled the darkness below her.
Xion walked up the stairs, then shielded her eyes from the sudden light. This was new. She peeked, then winced. It was like staring into the sun. What was unexpected was the sudden pain that knocked her backwards. She curled into a ball, bouncing down the stairs, then snapped an arm out, almost breaking it, but grabbing the railing.
OOC: Glad you had fun XD BIC: Tifa sighed. Same old Cloud. She had followed him, but stopped when she met someone familiar. "Aerith.." she smiled at the other girl, hugging her gently. She looked like she had lost weight, and her eyes were worried instead of peacefully calm. "How's the girl?" she murmured. She wanted to know about Cloud, but he was busy with other people, people she didn't know. She would worry later. Aerith murmured a quick update, then lead Tifa inside. She was glad to have the other woman back, even if it meant being uneasy. She knew Tifa had feelings for him, and Tifa knew that Aerith was already taken. They both knew of Zack, and Tifa had told her what she had known of him before he died. Smiling, Aerith got Tifa something to eat, then checked outside, feeling uneasy. Xion listened to Roxas' quiet breathing, then sat up quietly, hearing movement. She peeked out the door, and saw Tifa. This was different. Tifa was so....colorful, was the only way she could put it. So many emotions, memories, feelings...it was like going outside after being kept in for months. This one was different. But...she tried out Aerith, and found that it was the same way. What the hell? Maybe it was because she was pregnant....she wavered, unsure of whether to find Demyx or go to Aerith. New people, even ones she had heard about, like Cloud and Tifa, scared her.
"What are you worried about missing?" Aly asked, her voice quiet, but her eyes remotely curious. "And do you know where you two are bunking?" She usually didn't sleep indoors, her usual hang out, the lake, was an excellent place to sleep, most times, with just a blanket. She didn't care what the managers of the camp thought, she wouldn't sleep when someone else could hit her and surprise her.
Xion wavered, putting a hand on Demyx's shoulder to steady herself. "What do you want most?" she asked suddenly, her voice very quiet. "What is the one thing worth dying for?"
Aly slowly took a deep breath, keeping her eyes on the vampire. She didn't look down, barely blinked. Don't look.... "I got lost." She replied, keeping her voice steady. "What are YOU doing there?"
Aly picked him out of the water, frowning slightly. "You were burning, it seemed. I'm guessing the warlock put a spell on you, or something. Are you feeling alright now?" For being a loner, she was developing some disturbing feelings and characteristics. This displeased her, but she ignored it for now. She had dragged him into this, she would make sure he was okay.
I do, and XD I'm doing okay.
Aly threw him into the water, then waited. If he didn't come out...she was going to have to go get him, and figure something else out. She wearily shifted back to human, wondering how much more stress her body could take before she gave out again. Sitting down, she waited, shivering slightly in the cold.
Aly whimpered, her golden eyes wide. What had happened to him? What could she do? She growled, then grabbed him by the throat, gently, and dragged him toward the river. Maybe that would help. She prayed he would follow along as she tossed him in.
Aly growled, her eyes narrowed, then went to Saro, whimpering slightly. Was he okay? She hadn't seen much in the chaos of the moment. "Saro?" she murmured quietly in her mind, nosing him gently.
Aly's eyes widened, but she didn't shriek or faint. "Thank you." she murmured, managing to keep her face normal. "Lake?" she smiled slightly. "It's about a thirty minute walk west of the camp. I can show you, I go there almost every day." she had to repay their kindness somehow. If it was showing them the lake, then she would.
Yeah, it's perfectly fine. :glomp: Don't worry about it.
