Okay maybe some of them did not use their hoodies. But think about how Soras jacket would look like with out a hoodie :/ The design would become much more dull/more boring. It is for the cause of the design so it doesn't look half finished. It's much nicer to look at some details mayeb more than necesary instead of something that looks half finished. And you can actually see Mickey use the organization coat with the hood.
I actually think Death-note is kind of sad >.>

Yes, this has been mentioned before. And you can see his eyes move all the way, besides she isn't crying for Ven she can see that he isn't dead. And it is a lot of other detalis to that you notice after a while.
