I'm almost positive we will never see another MMO from Square. When the company admits they ****ed up on that...it's usually a good indication they learned their lesson. >> Also I will lol hard if Agito (or whatever it's called now) comes out before vsXIII. I'm still hoping for a VII remake. :c Though I'd hope if a remake did happen they wouldn't change much of the dialogue, Tifa's "QUIT ACTING LIKE A ****** AND CLIMB, BARRET" is still one of my favorite lines ever.
Yeah, it is for me too, I honestly wish I could do something to help you but I've got a lot to deal with myself. :/ I'd have replied sooner but I...
Actually, American democracy isn't really the same as the "democracy" seen in ancient Greek and Roman times. Aspects are drawn from it, yes, but American democracy is not a "true democracy". Also I find it kind of odd that in saying some of these things, there are massive stereotypes created, and in a sense stereotypes are a form of racism.
There are 10 types of people in the world; those that understand binary and those that don't.
You said that history shows the best way to get the most out of a console is to hack it...does that count for PCs too? I've personally never altered my gaming systems and I've not found any of the games I like disappointing. I think the issue with the hack is that if Sony did say "yeah it's no big deal" it would encourage people to dig deeper into these systems and potentially get sensitive information. It's possible on the internet, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone with enough experience and skill could get into whatever wifi the PS3 uses and **** people up bad. Not saying that it would happen, just that coming down hard on something like this is a pretty clear message that screwing with the PS3 at this level isn't acceptable. Honestly had he not released the code or whatever online, I doubt it'd be this big of a deal.
Actually...the way I've most often heard (and from several heads of game developing) that the best way is to get involved in the gaming industry and make a name for yourself there. Everyone that plays video games has "the greatest idea ever", but no one in the industry will take you seriously until you've proven yourself. Even if you have the internet behind you, that will be almost meaningless if you have no experience in the actual field. Which I know seems unfair, but when you think about it making a game - especially a huge, full-lenth FF type - costs millions of dollars. And if you've not much experience in marketing demographics and business aspects like that, it's fairly easy to see why the big name industries don't particularly listen to the average guy's ideas, suggestions, etc. Also a problem with releasing things online is copyright issues. So I would honestly advise against that.
Walter, Peanut, and Jose were ****ing hilarious. Achmed was alright, Achmed Jr. wasn't really funny at all. He had a few good lines but it wasn't as entertaining as I'd hoped. :c ...And once again I ended up spending more money of food and drinks than I did on actual souveniers/etc. >>
"Hiding" the number doesn't change the fact that you'll still have to imput your number. Plus...people change names all the time. And again, do you even know if it's possible on a vB board?
Do you have any proof if this is possible with vB? Even if it was...I don't think many people would be comfortable putting their cell numbers into a service like this, because unlike sites like Facebook (where you have to be friends with a person in order to message them) anyone can leave a visitor message for any member. And speaking for myself, I don't think it'd be a good idea to support everyone giving out their phone numbers, so I'm rather against this. >> Besides, if you're good friends with another member, just ask them if they'd like to exchange cell numbers via PM. Then you could just text each other normally, lol.
:c .
rawrrawrrawrrawrrawr
...And apparently there's going to be an Achmed Jr. I don't know if it's true or not, but if it is, I am a thousand times more excited.
Dear God ~ Avenged Sevenfold I love that their softer songs are just as good as the rest of their music.
I'm really glad to hear about your dog, I'll continue hoping for the best. :] What breed is it, btw?
Admittedly I've only read it, meant to mention that but derp. xD Even so, it's not terrible, but it sure as hell isn't as overrated as Naruto. I've only watched a few episodes so far, but it's pretty good. Someone mentioned it right before me D: I actually saw that it was said so I didn't repeat it ;___;
Sorry bro, that's against my religion. :c
1000 Good Intentions ~ Rise Against Haven't listened to this in a long, long time.
Seems like I can't reverse/change it, sorry. D: And eh, to me it wasn't something to get really disturbed/offended by, I've never really...
Ah, okay. Hm...I'll look into it and get back to you on that.
Yeah...which is why I said fluently, all translation sites I tried using pretty much barf out a pile of derp. >>
