Hippie about your anger issue the best way to control it and when to release it is to join boxing.Boxing will help you when you're angry or upset.Personally when I'm angry I just try and escape from the people I'm afraid to hurt.But me being angry is quite...rare.But when my anger does appear it's not a pretty sight.My brother has boxing gloves and a punching bag.A lot of the times I go outside and begin to punch the punching bags but without the gloves.It doesn't hurt me which odd.And when I've cold off I take a deep breath and go back inside.Or instead of joining boxing,ask you parents if you can buy a punching bag and gloves.And whenever you're mad, put on the gloves and release your anger on the punching bag.This is the best advice I can give you right now.If you need anything else just go head and ask me or anybody else for that matter.
