"Respect someone like you?" Garxena stood up. "Some one who does nothing but cause others pain? I'd rather fade than respect you!"
The pain was gone. Garxena opened her eyes. She was thrown roughly on the ground. Garxena looked around. "Oh great, I'm back here." She put a hand to her head. "Ow..." Garxena gave Telren a dirty look. "What do you want with me anyways?"
Riku cursed. If Sora could get out of this then I can! He summoned his Keyblade and swiftly separated the fire just long enough so that he could get out. "Ha. Simple." He scanned the room. "Where did he take Garxena?"
Not again! Riku stood up in front of Garxena. "Just leave, Dexeon."
"There's got to be something I can do." Riku thought aloud.
"I'm not sure." Riku mused. He watched with worry as Garxena's chest fell up and down with her ragged breathing.
"The only way I can think to stop the pain is to get her within 100 feet of her brother." Riku moved a piece of hair out of Garxena's face. "I don't want her to suffer anymore. But I can't let her brother get what he wants."
Riku rested his hand on Garxena's chest to check her breathing. It was shallow and slow. "Not good."
Riku sighed. "I knew that attack wouldn't do anything. I just don't have any other long range attacks." He set Garxena down on a couch. The makeshift bandage was burning away. ":censor2: you, Dexeon."
"Not on your life!" Riku held Garxena tighter. "You're leaving empty handed!" He shot a Dark Aura at the replica.
Riku held Garxena to his chest. "You're not getting her." His voice was filled with malace.
"The new burn Dexeon gave Garxena only allows her to go 100 feet from him. And that stupid replica is back. I'm guessing he wants Garxena." Riku looked at Garxena with concern. Why her?
Riku ripped off a piece of Garxena's bedding and wrapped it around her burn as a makeshift bandage. He picked her up and said to Yeifou, "Hold him off!" Riku took Garxena down to the lobby. He could see the tears on her face but she didn't appear to be concious. "Hang in there Garxena."
Before Garxena could shoot back a venemous reply, her burn seered. She screamed and dropped to her knees, her Oblivionblade vanished. Her skin smoked slightly. "Garxena!" Riku went to her side. "Make him stop!" He yelled at the replica.
"No! I've chosen the side of my true friends!" She held up her Oblivionblade. "The side that has true power!" Riku smiled. "I knew you'd choose us." He gave her a shoulder hug before pulling his Keyblade.
"Alright. I've made my choice." Garxena's Obivionblade appeared in her hand. "Finally." she sighed and wieghed it between her hands. "So what side?" Riku inquired.
"I don't know... when I joined him before, the power was amazing... but I hated the feeling betraying my friends..." Garxena shook her head. "and this stupid burn won't stop hurting... I'm so confused." "Trust me." Riku put in. "Our side is the better side."
The pain would not stop. But Yeifou's gentle hug told Garxena that everything would be alright. She tried to ignore the pain and asked, "Why won't my Oblivionblade come to me?" "It won't?" Riku was puzzled. "Have you truly decided whoes side you're on? Your weapon can't fight for you if it doesn't know what it's fighting for." Garxena shook her head. "I don't know what side I've taken." she admitted.
"Her stupid brother gave her a burn that only allows her to go 100 feet from him. I guess she's been hiding the pain." Riku explained to Yeifou. "I don't know what to do." Garxena closed her eyes tight trying to block the pain. The tears fell. "Riku... do what I asked..." she begged.
"I'm alri-" Garxena's burn intensified in pain. She cried out and held her wrist. Brother stop! Tears of pain formed in her bright eyes. "Garxena?!" Riku rushed over and helped support her.
