Garxena followed. Stop! Don't follow him! "This should be fun." Riku really didn't want to go. How was he going to fight the others without hurting them? I'll think of something. He went after Garxena.
"Why not get rid of my former friends?" Garxena smirked. "They're quite annoying." No! Leave them alone! Riku didn't know what to say. He looked at Jordxy for help.
Riku watched apprehensivly as Silax messed with his dirk. I don't want to because of the plan, but I'll fight you if I have to. Garxena observed Riku's body language. He doesn't want to be doing this.... then go Riku! Get out of here! "Riku," Garxena said slyly. "do you know your fullest power?"
Riku's Keyblade disappeared. Good, I didn't have to fight. Riku went and stood by Jordxy. "I don't need friends anymore. They are only ties that hold me down." Garxena said coldly. Not true! My friends are important to me!
NO! Make them stop! Garxena shrugged. "I couldn't care less. They fight for no reason. I love no one now and I never will." Riku stared at her. That's not her talking.... He noted the new gem on Dexeon's Firegauntlet. Of course! It must be him doing this!
Riku tried to stay with the plan. "So what if I do." He choked out. His Keyblade appeared in his hand and he hit Silax in the gut, causing him to let go of Riku. He rubbed his neck. "You did, and you know it!" He looked at Garxena. Help me out! Come on Garxena! Remembering what Telren could do, Riku forced his mind blank. Riku! Stop it you two! Garxena watched, unflinching, by her brothers side. Come on body, move!
"She is resting on a couch." Riku tried to say without giving Silax a dirty look. This is all his fault. How can he not care that he messed with love? Garxena struggled sitting up. She rubbed her head. Am I me? She stood up and went looking for the others. When she found them, she went silently to Dexeon's side, not looking at Riku, Jordxy, or Silax. I guess not. This isn't where I wanted to go.
Darn straight. Riku thought trying to keep a poker face.
Riku stood up. If I wait to long to join them, they might get suspicious. He walked the same way Dexeon and Jordxy went. He soon came to see Telren, Dexeon, Silax, and Jordxy. He went and stood by Jordxy.
"He's really intimidating. Just try to keep a level head." Riku watched Dexeon and Jordxy go around a corner. He let out a sigh. "Can you hear me, Garxena? We're going to help you." Garxena heard Riku's voice, but she couldn't open her eyes. The most she could do was squeez his hand. Riku...don't let me go...
Riku had to nod. "I know they do. But he's been working for Telren this whole time. Maybe it was a fake love after all." Riku put his hand on top of Garxena's. "I just want her to be okay."
"What?" Riku whispered back. "Well how do we help her?" Garxena's eyes flickered open. They were still red. She looked up at Riku and Jordxy, and closed her eyes again.
Riku calmly went over and picked up Garxena, trying hard to hold her like he didn't care for her. He walked away without looking at Dexeon. Riku set Garxena down on a couch. He brushed a strand of hair out of her face. What's going on with you? He wondered.
I've got a crazy idea that just might work. Okay.... silence.....no thoughts......blackness...... Garxena collapsed on the floor. Riku restrained himself from running to help Garxena. You've got to pull this off for her sake. Let Dexeon deal with her. Riku practically had to bite his lip.
Here goes everything. Riku looked Dexeon straight in the eyes. "I know the Darkness well, and it is more powerful than the Light. It is what I have chosen." Not you too, Riku! A tear fell from Garxena's eye. But with a cold voice she said, "I'm glad you've chosen the right side, Riku."
Riku let Jordxy guide him. "I'll try." He whispered. Come on body! Work for me! Listen to me! Garxena faced her brother. "She's strong. Her element is Time. That could come in very useful."
Garxena looked at Jordxy. "This is what I want." No it's not! How can I get my body to listen to me?! She looked at her brother. "She's all I got. Riku refused to come with me."
NO! "Wise choice." Garxena opened a portal to Dexeon. She gave Riku one last look. For a brief moment, he eyes flahsed back to their bright sea-green color. Riku stared at Garxena's eyes. Did they just change? Is she still there? "Garxena!" He called to her, but she and Jordxy were already gone.
"Riku?" Garxena said in a mock sweet voice. "Do you want to stay with these fools, or do you want to come back to the side that holds the power?" She looked at Yeifou. "What about you? Don't you miss being with Telren?" Make it stop! I don't mean any of this! "Garxena, you know my answer is no!" Riku felt the sand slip away. What? "Such a shame." She disregarded Riku and turned to Jordxy. "Do you like being with these fools? They do not hold real power." She asked Jordxy. Don't come with me! Get out of here!
Riku gasped as he was released from the replica's hold. He looked at Garxena, his eyes pleading with her. The sand had made its way up to his waist. "Oh please, Jordxy. I don't need love. The only thing it's done for me is hurt me." Garxena smirked as she locked eyes with Riku. NO! I can't hurt him! Not Riku! What's wrong with me?!
