I'm sorry Kyo.... Garxena took a last look around before going through the portal with Silax.
Garxena thought about it. She looked Silax in the eyes. "Alright."
"But, what about everyone else? What would they think of me as? A traitor?" Garxena asked. Wait..... is this just to get me on Telren's side? Was that what he wanted all along? I can't tell....
"I don't know what to do anymore..."Garxena rested her head on him. "I may as well leave. I'm nothing but trouble to everyone...." She suppressed another wave of tears.
Garxena yanked away. "You want to know?! I'm scared, okay?! I feel like I can't do anything anymore! I just want someone there for me! Who'll tell me it's okay, even when nothing is right....." She felt tears rolling down her cheeks. "I feel so useless...."
Garxena turned her head. "My bonds to my friends are telling me no, that it would be betraying them. Especially Riku.... But me, I kinda do want that power again. I didn't feel weak when I had it...." she whispered. "I don't know...." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Whatever he wants, Garxena, don't give in. I know you've become stronger. You're smarter too. If only I knew where you were! I'd be right next to you. Kai went up to Garxena's room and sat on her bed.
"I want to tell them, but I'm afraid that if I leave here I won't come back." Garxena didn't bother to struggle. "You said it yourself: I'm happy with Riku and you're happy with Jordxy. Now, if you're not going to help me, you don't need to be here do you? I'd like to get back to finding my friend." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Garxena, what have you gotten yourself into? Kai sat back down. What's happened to our family?
Kai stood there, confused. "What's he talking about?" She asked Kairi. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Garxena was slightly relieved to have someone with her. "Why'd you come back? I'm still kinda preoccupied." She went back to looking for Kyo. "Kyo?!" She hoped he would call back. I don't know what else to do.
Garxena looked around. "This place is so creepy. Now I wish Silax had stayed with me...." She walked slowly. "Kyo? Kyo, where are you?" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Kai had her hand on the hilt of her Doublesword. "What do you want my sister for?" She asked Silax. I still don't think I should trust this guy.
"I don't do Darkness. I do Sand and Twilight." Garxena said matter-of-factly. "But if you want the truth, I did like the power I got last time...." She admitted. "But you won't tell anyone that, got it?" she kept up at his pace. OOC: got to go for tonight. might be on tomorrow. blech homework.
"But you can stop it right? If I get....out of control...." Garxena was worried. I won't hurt Riku. Even if I can't control my actions, I know I won't hurt him. Because I love him. But something told Garxena otherwise. I'm not gonna be able to stop myself. I'll just make sure I'm not near him. Darn! I won't be able to do anything at all. "You know, this only going to make me hate the Darkness more."
Well that sucks. Garxena caught back up with him. "Do I at least get the chance to warn my friends?" She tried not to sound too hopeful.
"Didn't my brother already do that?!" Garxena stopped and folded her arms. "I won't go along with this." She said defiantly. "I went through it once and I hated it."
"What did you do?!" Garxena felt her forehead. "Silax!" She went after him. As if my brother wasn't enough!
"Leave me be!" Garxena slowed down to a walk. I can't even run for long I'm so upset! She clasped the locket, breathing heavily. "If it wasn't for Telren or you or my brother, this wouldn't be happening!" She gasped out the words and a tear fell. She quickly wiped her eyes. "Why do the worlds even have Darkness?! It's nothing but evil!"
Garxena's nails dug into her palms. Tears of anger sprung in her eyes. "How can you say that?! I don't understand you!" She ran ahead, desperately trying not to cry. I will not give him the satisfaction.
Garxena clenched her fists. I won't hit him this time. But next fight, I get dibs on him. She walked a little faster, venting her anger in her pace. "Riku will never fall back into Darkness. And there's no way you could get your filthy hands on him." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is weird. Just sitting here. I'm so used to doing something all the time. Kai tapped her foot. There's got to be something to do. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The more I resist, the weaker I'll get. And when I do get out of here, I'll need all of my strength. Riku stayed sitting.
"And who would that be?" Garxena asked, a little coldly. I swear I'll hit him if he's referring to anyone I know. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Riku sat down, crossed his legs, and closed his eyes. I just have to think. What the heck does Dexeon want me for? It has to be something important if he's going through the trouble of keeping me here. Is there a weakness to this fire barrier? Not that I've found yet. Do I need help?................ Yes.
"There's no way I'm turning back." Garxena put her hands on her hips and tried to sound brave. "You can't tell me the overwhelming power of the Darkness doesn't scare you sometimes?" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Kai slumped on a chair. "Where did Dexeon take Riku? Where is Garxena?" She muttered.
Garxena sighed and rolled her eyes before following him. "Why are you coming? What does Kyo have to do with you?" Is this the Gate of Twilight? She looked around. It's really creepy.... She shivered.
