Ai stayed behind her tree. Brother? What's going on? She peaked around the tree and hid herself again. Zen.... I'll stay hidden for now. But if I sense he needs me, I won't hesitate. she quietly drew a kunai.
"Block his thoughts.....? I don't know...." Garxena didn't think she'd be able to.
Ai sat against a tree. Hm.... maybe I could go with Zen. But after what happened in my past.... I don't want to have anything to do with the Darkness. I chose it once and that caused nothing but trouble and death.
Garxena slowly opened her eyes. "I fell asleep.....?" She pushed herself up. Seeing Silax, she blushed. "Uum... did I miss anything...?"
Garxena could hear voices. They sound familiar.....
"Not at all." Riku looked over at Garxena. I can't tell if she's sleeping or if she's passed out... Riku nodded to Silax. "At least we have a way to help her. I'm glad she's resting too." OOC: see ya Last of the Organization. :)
"Uum... no. I wouldn't want to bargain with death. That sounds like nothing but trouble." Riku sighed. "You did this for Garxena didn't you?"
"Besides him, and that hooded guy, I'm not sure." Riku admitted.
"I would say Takeshi, but I think Garxena wants to kill him." Riku's eyes flicked to her. "Though, I think it's impossible to take him down alone. Especially when he has that control over her..."
Riku thought for a second. "Why don't you just kill a Heartless?"
Garxena closed her eyes. I can't keep this up. Kai's a lot better at pushing her body than I am.... Garxena let sleep take her. "You need to rest." Riku noticed Kyo. ".................I thought you died..."
Riku nodded. "He's more of a problem than Dexeon was. And more persistent." Garxena sat up, leaning against the back of the couch. "I think I know how he does it." "His mind connections?" Riku asked. "Yeah... before, he took some of my blood..." Garxena was a little grossed out by her theory. "Then he said we had a bond. I think that's how he got in my head. And he told me, his power comes from words. That if he knows a person's full name, he can have control over them. Not in actions, but how the body functions." She looked at Riku and Yeifou. "But it's just a guess."
Garxena bit her lip, blinking back tears. "No, Takeshi. I won't!" Pain filled her head. Riku took Garxena's hand. "Where is he? I'll go to him for you. I'll make him stop whatever he's doing." Garxena shook her head. "I don't know..." she gripped Riku's hand. As soon as I can, Kyo. I'm coming... The pain increased.
"Takeshi. He came looking for Kai. But I guess he's found more interest in Garxena." Riku seethed. Garxena breathed slowly. "Do what you want, Takeshi. I'm letting you torture anyone else." She looked up at Kairi. "Thanks...."
"Kyo's okay?!" Garxena held the locket. "Where is he?" Takeshi's voice came to her mind. Garxena doubled-over, coughing up blood. She closed her eyes, trying to stop the pain. "Garxena?" Riku put a hand on her back. Takeshi....
Garxena shook her head. "It's not the mind he uses, it's words. Though he can mess with my mind. He calls it a special bond. Special my-" she saw Genin and jumped a little. She caught Kyo's name. "Kyo? What do you know of him?" Hope came in to her voice. Garxena heard Takeshi. "I'm not telling you anything you can use. Forget it." She looks preoccupied. It better not be Takeshi. Riku looked at Genin. Someone new?
Garxena stayed down. Next time. Definately next time. I will be able to take him down. Riku could see the ambition in Garxena's eyes. She just won't give up. Garxena looked over at Yeifou. I'm not being the weak one here. She sat up again, forcing herself not to wince. "It was nothing to worry about." "Takeshi showed her almost everything he's got. He uses mental attacks." Riku filled in.
"I'm not sure. I don't know this world too well." Kai admitted. "I'm fine." Garxena pushed herself up. "It's only mental pain......... I think...." Riku sighed. She's never gonna stop being stubborn.
"Name's Ai." Ai told Angel. "Are you okay?"
"What happened?" Riku wanted to know. "He explained his power." Garxena rubbed her head. "And showed me too...." Everything hurts. He's more dangerous than I thought.
