Garxena smiled. Finally. An energetic person. She looked over at Silax. "Does she know everything that's going on?" Kai came in to the lobby. She looked at Garxena, not knowing what to say to her. She leaned against the wall opposite Silax and Garxena. Kai noticed Ryxia. "Oh. Hello. I assume you're new here. I'm Kai."

Garxena kissed Silax, her arms around his neck. He's right. I guess I have a reason after all. OOC: see ya later today. :)
Garxena let her arms hang by her sides. "I love you too." She lowered her head. ''It's just.... none of this should be happening. I shouldn't be here..... if Dexeon hadn't..... My Somebody should be living a normal life! But I'm here instead...."
"That's why I'm doing this! To protect everyone!" Garxena stood up. "Why doesn't anyone understand? I'm not going to be the damsel anymore." She turned around. "I'm going to find Zentaro." She went down the stairs, her arms wrapped around her stomach. Don't start crying. She told herself, blinking back tears.
Garxena smiled. "I know. But it seems everyone wants to be there for me. I want to do this alone. It's part of the deal too. Takeshi doesn't want anyone there..... neither do I." She looked out at the stars. "I can do it. Even if I can't, I won't give up."
"I'm not letting her do this. Something bad is going to happen." Kai shook her head. In so little time, she's changed. She's become hard.... I don't like where this is going. Garxena went to the roof. She sat on the edge, letting her feet hang over. I thought you'd be happy Kai. I'm going to do this. I'm not backing out. I'm not bringing help. Zentaro would understand. He knows where I'm coming from.
Kai sighed. "Garxena, could you and I talk?" Garxena smiled. "Sure thing, Kai." She and Kai went to a hallway. "What is it?" "Tell me what's going on. I'm sick of you lying to us." Kai looked her in the eyes. "Honestly, Kai, by the end of this, you're going to be happy I did." Garxena started getting frustrated. "I'm doing this for you all. Shouldn't you be happy?" "No, Garxena." Kai put her hands on Garxena's shoulders. "What's going on? What have you planned?" Garxena calmly took Kai's hands off her shoulders. ''I'm going to fight Takeshi. We made a deal. Don't mess it up, Kai." She walked away.

"No." Garxena avoided his eyes. I forgot how skilled Zentaro is. I've got to watch myself. Even I can tell she's lying. Her body language gives her away. Kai sighed. "Garxena, just tell us." "It's nothing." Garxena said, smiling.
Garxena rolled her eyes. What an a**. She portaled back to Silax and the others. "It's taken care of." She smiled at Silax. "It's a nice offer, Zen. But I'd like to stay awake." Kai saw Garxena. "What's taken care of?" "It's nothing to worry about, Kai." Garxena assured. We won't ever have to worry about him soon.
"We fight a one on one battle and you'll end up dead." Garxena glared at Takeshi. "But if you want to risk that, I'd be very happy to take you on. Though I can't right now. Come get me later. If it's convenient, we'll do it then." "That's alright, Zen." Kai's eyes started to close. No. I've got to stay awake. Now that Takeshi's back, I've got to stay on guard. She sat up straighter.
"I did. Make it quick. No games." Garxena folded her arms. "I'm not going to hesitate if you try anything." "Just wondering where my sister's going." Kai said. "She better know what she's doing."
"I'd let some time pass, Zen." Kai suggested. Garxena sighed. "I've gotta go do something." She gently squeezed Silax's hand. "I'll be back in a little while. I promise." What's she doing? Kai watched Garxena portal. She better not be getting herself in to trouble. OOC: having comp problems. i think i've got it fixed :)
"You haven't gotten her trust yet. The Yeifou incident..." Kai hinted.
"Trust me, you don't want to find out what happens if you do." Garxena sighed. The next time I see him, and for sure this time, I won't stop till he's dead. Kai leaned back against the couch. At least Zen's safe from Takeshi's control. Though, I don't think he'd be able to control Zen. Something's telling me that.... Zen looks as though he's experienced with lots of ranges of attacks. I wouldn't be surprised if he's met someone like Takeshi.
"Takeshi...." Kai knew that Zentaro was talking about him. "You said you gave him a name. Was it yours?" She tried to keep her voice level. Even if Zen's shaky on my trust, I don't want Takeshi to do anything to him.
Garxena smiled, glad to see Silax. She went behind him, giving him a hug. "Another sunset. They're better to watch with someone." "Enjoy yourself?" Kai asked Zentaro. "Did you see anyone?"
Garxena stood by a window. I wonder what Kai wanted with Yeifou.... and I hope Zentaro is back soon. Kai sat on a couch. You better be back soon, Zen. I'm not sure if I can trust you or not.... Kai looked up and saw Katara and Silax. "Hey... you okay, Katara? You looked a little distressed after Zen's.... moment..."
Garxena jolted up. Are all my dreams going to be of him...? She looked over and saw Kai. She threw back the covers and got out of her bed. "Kai, did you find Yeifou?" Kai turned around. "No. But it's okay. You alright? You look a little worried." Garxena sighed. "A dream of Takeshi..... it was nothing though. Where's Zentaro?" "He's out. He'll be back soon." Kai and Garxena went down to the lobby.
