Dai suddenly remembered Megumi and Becky's conversation. "Aki-chan.... if you do want to stay, you can't leave my room, okay? Something's gonna happen tonight and I don't know what it is."
"I understand if you don't trust me." Dai said.
"I won't tell that you're here. Nobody'll find out." Dai smiled. I hope I can stick to those words.
Rukia took a step back. "How come you hate me...?" Satoshi tried to remember the path she and Kabuto took but she couldn't. I need to pay attention more. She summoned Ike. "Come on." She followed after Gaara. Ike kept up with Satoshi. "What do you need?" "Sasuke's locaton." Satoshi responded. "Him again?" Ike rolled his eyes. "It's different now. Do you remember his scent?" Satoshi asked. "Yeah." Ike ran in front of Gaara to lead the way.
Dai looked at Aki. "You can stay here if you want." "You're crazy. If your dad doesn't kill her I will." Megumi said. "I won't let either of you touch her. She came here in confidence that she'd be safe. I'm not gonna follow the other Hiwatari's screwed up way of thinking." Dai told Megumi. "You're too proud for your own good." Megumi sighed.
"I just go by the sun and moon." Dai said, looking back out her window. "How sentimental." Megumi said snidely. "Can it." Dai watched the sun setting.
"Oh come on. Let me stick with you for a bit." Rukia said. "Alright." Satoshi took off the bandages around her wrist. I can't be held back now. I might need Ike too.
Dai glanced at her clock. "You're right. I hadn't noticed. Time isn't really a big deal for me." OOC: brb lunch
Satoshi faced Kakashi, her face bright red. Honeymoon?! He reads too much. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and turned back to Gaara. "Good enough?" Rukia folded her arms. "Why not?" OOC: brb. lunch
Dai smiled a bit and turned to look out the window. "No problem."
"Whatever you say, Dai-sama." Megumi said. "Good." Dai went back to her room and gave the glass of water to Aki. She went and sat on her window sill.
"Trust me." Satoshi met Gaara's eyes. Rukia jumped along the trees and then down in front of Sasuke, her hands on her hips. "I saw the kunai. What mission are you going on? Why might you not come back...?"
"Sure. I'll be right back." Dai went downstairs to the kitchen. "Just stay quiet for now Megumi." "Why? I like seeing her confused reaction." Megumi laughed. "Yeah, but she knows that it's not just me and her in the room. So either shut up or conceal yourself better." Dai filled a glass with water. "You spoil all my fun." Megumi said. "It's not fun. It's screwed up." Dai argued.
Satoshi folded her arms. After a bit of thought she said, "You stay here with Lee. This is your village. I can go." Rukia back flipped along the branches of the trees, avoiding the stream of fire. That was too close.
"I just had to deal with my dad before you came, that's all." Dai said. "Deal? You're so disrespectful." Megumi said. "Shut up already. Aki's getting too suspicious." Dai pointed out.
Rukia stopped. That was his voice. Good, I'm close enough now. She jumped into a tree. Satoshi looked at the chuunin. "He said the council was... is being impersonated by Sound ninja. Orochimaru is the one behind this. We could get the Sound ninja out or go after Orochimaru." She looked back at Gaara, knowing the options weren't the best.
"Are you okay now?" Dai asked.
Dai sighed. She couldn't think of anything to say. "You can't just stay quiet." Megumi said. "What do I say?" Dai asked. "How should I know?" Megumi retorted. "Whatever." Dai rolled her eyes.
Rukia ignored all the clones she passed. Sasuke-san is fast. Where'd they go? Satoshi smiled a bit. "You know I'll help in any way I can."
