There isn't really an age. Basically what's been said before, it can depend if someone is mentally and emotionally ready to understand what it is. If you say "I love you." in every relationship you've been in, I honestly don't think you'd understand what love is. That's my opinion.
I was supposed to switch to Sprint but my parents didn't want to because they'd have to pay in order to cancel the contract with T-Mobile. And then pay for a contract with Sprint. We're broke so we can't do that. XDX That's what a lot of people told me. They would say, "You're lucky you have T-Mobile. You have their sidekick." I'm slow so I go for an easy phone. XD
