Personality: Dark and cold as her name means. She is the moon only there to shine its cold light into the darkest abyss. She tolerates no one. As the moon pulls the waves, she pulls the lives of people away.​

Biography: Her parents left on a mission when she was very young. When they returned, both became very ill. It was the heat that they had sustained. The deserts had given them heat stroke leaving them as good as dead. She cursed the light from that day on and only came out into the dark. She learned her abilities by watching the moon and how it used the darkness to its advantage.​

Other: She was born in the village hidden in the sand. She carries around a form of dust that is unknown to most. Her abilities are best at night compared to the day​

Jutsu Types: water and wind​

Clouded Moon: A form of Genjutsu that has a person walk through the darkness with a beacon of light (the moon) being the only hope, this is a false hope however. Tsukiko must have her eyes open at all times for this to last and allow the victim to enter the moon mirage.

Night Mare: A shadowed cloak surrounds specific parts of her body. Her fingers grow shadows in the shape of claws. Drains chakra quicker than others​

Shadow Clone Jutsu: This is a different form then what Naruto has. Tsukiko turns into two beings, one that controls the water type jutsu and the other controlling wind style jutsu. This will also act as an escape type move.​

Moon's Gravity: This move is a last resort. The dust she has is that of the moon. She will consume it to expand and turn into a vacuum bomb. When set off, a large field of empty space will form suffocating most. (Has the same effects as an astronaut without a space suit).​

Clone 1 Water​

Sway and Pull: Creates a water whip that she can use freely. Has a max reach of 10 meters​

Clone 2 Wind​

Gravity: Takes the air around and pushes it down to make a person feel much heavier. Cannot move while in this state.​

Dreamworld of Youth Chaos


Magnus eyes grew wide. This place looked as if hell had become reality in his dreams. The world had also gotten much worse. The oceans were not liquid lead. The flowers were covered in a moist fluid substance that had most likely been poison. The peaceful birds that once roamed the sky had lost all their feathers, skin and muscle to only leave a skeleton in flight. It was amazing the entire ground beneath them didn't sink and devour them. "Man, this place is a living nightmare. Everywhere you look you see death and despair."

Tear mumbled to herself about the past and what she had gone through. Shizune walked over to her and Magnus "Do not worry. Like I said, you cannot die in this world. The laws still apply. We are children now after all. The only thing that has changed is space, not law. A word of caustion though, you can get hurt. You will feel the pain here of death but you will not die. Jump into the sea of lead, you will not die but you will burn and be in extreme agony until you can get the liquid off your skin."

Back in the days of harmony and peace, Shizune and Neku tried to break the laws of this world only to discover its hidden properties. It was a rough experience. "Neku is in that castle up ahead. That creature is defending it. I believe it went inside, so it shouldn't know we are here. We will have some time to come up with some strategies before we must go in."

You could do what I had Nutherbros do and just appear in the dreamworld on accident. Except in this case it would be more like joining a nightmare.
