Sasuke walked up to Tobi, close to his ear. "I am glad to see you return back to me alive this time, Obito." With that, Sasuke walked out to the Volcanic Landscape.

Sasuke looked down at the map that had been forged over the while. "It appears to be done finally. Now we can see everyone who is he--" Sasuke gasped in shock. One named jumped out at him. Itachi Uchiha was on this map. His brother was dead for quite some time. Sasuke's eyes also saw Naruto in a party of four.

Toguro looked over seeing Yoko Kurama on the map. "So, this is where the fox demon has been hiding." He looked over at Sasuke for instruction.

"Everyone look at the map. Tell me who you recognize. Tell us everything about them, if they are friendly, if they are our enemy, and how we can defeat them."

A bright light appeared between the fighters Naruto, Gaara, and Akuma. A man with an orange shirt and eyes with blond hair appeared amongst them. He looked at Naruto and Gaara in shock. Neither of the two seemed to recognize him. They were both younger than when he had met them for the first time. "Naruto the Hokage and Gaara the Kazekage. Only if you two new who I were. I have been sent to capture you both. No matter your age, I will capture you! If this man is to do the same then he is my ally until the day is at an end." Kai looked over at Akuma. "Is that alright by you?"

Izuna leaped away from the attack. He had returned to the side of his brother. "It seems he can use the Sharingan quite effectively."

"It also appears Kakuzu and Hidan want the one named Asuma for a bounty. Let us take what we really came for and be on our way. Tobi is waiting for us after all." Izuna nodded to Madara's proposition. Madara dissappeared and ended up right behind Kakashi and Asuma. Madara grabbed Rin and whispered to Kakashi "That fire will never go out until everything is gone. Only the sharingan can end it but it takes time. Will you save your friends, or save this girl. The choice is up to you."

Kai is a member of the organisation that is trying to duplicate the motives of the Akatsuki. He loves the nature of light and respects those who are of a pure heart and conscious.

Justu Abilities:
Blind Transforms light particles to become much brighter, temporarily blinding the enemy (Think of Solar Flare from DBZ)
Light Prism Main trapping ability. Traps opponent into a prism preventing them from leaving without be cut sliced by the rays of light. Kai cannot move when performing this ability or else the prism will fade.
Light Beams Main brute attack. Creates beams of light through hands (like lightsabers). Act as swords. Cannot use hands whatsoever during this strategy.
Spectrum Duplicate A clone and escape. Creates a duplicate of ones self by transforming light particles into various colors taking the shape of ones self.
Light Darts Only distance move. Creates Light from finger tips and shoots them at target. Poor accuracy.
Last Light Kai's last chance move. Uses the power of light radiation to go to the extreme and destroy all skins cells with a 100 meters radius. This completely destroys the user when executed.
