Yusuke Urameshi (浦飯 幽助, Urameshi Yūsuke) is the main protagonist of the manga & anime series YuYu Hakusho. His closest friends and greatest allies include Kuwabara, Kurama,Hiei and Keiko. Yusuke also makes friends in Shizuru Kuwabara, Yukina, Chu, Rinku, Toya, Jin, Suzuka, andShishiwakamaru. His superiors include Genkai (his mentor),Koenma and Botan (his boss until the end of the Sensui arc and guide/assistant, respectively), and Enki (the First Demon World leader after winning the first Demon World Tournament). His sparring partner and closest advisor inDemon World is Hokushin. He is also the de facto leader of Team Urameshi and briefly the king of Raizen's country before he abdicated the throne in favor of the Demon World Tournament.
At the start of the series, Yusuke is a teenage delinquent. He later changes into an almost altruistic defender of the Human World, along with Kuwabara, Kurama, and Hiei. He even revolutionizes the Demon World by preventing a war between Yomi and Mukuro after Raizen's death and overturning the previous system of separate countries in Demon World by founding the Demon World Tournament in which the winner becomes the one ruler of the Demon World; in his speech following the preliminaries, he even suggested that the tournament be held every few years like a presidential election and Enki, the first tournament champion, liked that idea by saying he would be the ruler for only 3 years.

Sasuke began to laugh darkly. "You see, My brother is already here in this world. He is fully alive. Who is to say the other Uchiha won't come as well! I will raise an army of Uchiha, and we will travel back to our universe and destroy the Leaf!"

-Savannah-

Goku jumped up and began to stuff his face. "This is really good. Yum!" He tore through all the food eating nonstop with no end in site. "I said I was called Goku. I guess the hard breathing made it unclear." He ripped off another chunk of fruit, stuffing it down his gut.

-Whirlpool Isle-

Naruto stood there seeing his father stand right in front of him alive and breathing. His movement was just frozen with his jaw lowered. A tear could be seen coming from his eye as the others conversed and fought.

-Whirlpool isle-

Luffy looked at the newcomer, "Thanks for the help, but I could have gotten out pretty easy myself." Luffy looked at Jones to answer him in the most honest way he could. "I don't fear death because I won't die. I will become King of the Pirates!"

Naruto and Kurama joined the bunch of them. Naruto cringed at Jones with his face covered in tentacles. "Ew, that is a bit gross."
"Indeed, it appears to be that all of us are strange in some way or another. Some more than others."
"Yeah, A rainbow pony, an octopus man, now a guy with whiskers, and I am made of rubber." Luffy pulls his mouth to show this." In fact you seem to be the only normal one here red head."
"No, I am nothing of the sort. I am a demon fox." Kurama looked over at Jones." He appears to be a bit angry don't you think. I also sense another here but cant seem to pinpoint where at."

Whilpool Isle

Luffy stared at the man with a wide smile on him "Awesome! Your face is like an octopus!" He began to laugh hysterically. He then walked over to Jones still with a smile, "I haven't the slightest idea Octoman"

-Continental Ridge-

Kurama snapped his fingers and began to put a seed into the ground. "I have a plan. Sense you can run on water, I need your help." Naruto nodded in agreement for this plan to take effect. "Take this seed and throw it onto the beach of that island. The two will then sync together forming a plant land bridge for us and our curious friend over there."

Naruto jumped to the water and sped off towards the island. He reached the rim of a whirlpool and threw the seed to create a large land bridge. A stood there confused. "Why hasn't the seed grown yet? Is it broken?" With that the seed shined and a large, 10 meter wide bridge appeared from each end of the sea to connect. "Yes, now we can cross and help that guy."

-Savannah-

Goku shook a little. He looked at the girl who weakened him and Vegeta. "Hey, girl, the name is Goku. I...need...food." Goku chuckled a small bit looking like every ounce of strength was drained out of him.

-Wasteland-

Tobi ran over to catch up with the group. "Tobi, I need to talk with you about something in private." The two gathered together. "Earlier you said that I would bring the clan back with a reanimation jutsu. This is not the case. This world... allows people from the past to be brought here. How do I know this? In my time... You were killed by Naruto Uzumaki... I will find the secrets to this place and summon all of my slaughtered tribe here to rebuild a new Uchiha name."
