Holy **** someone who knows what they're talking about. Frostwire and Limewire are not illegal when sharing folders are turned off. The reason that they BECOME illegal is because when things are downloaded, they are automatically shared, meaning that you've just taken something for free and given it to someone else for free. The taking is not illegal, but the giving is.
