From what I've been told, there is usually a small chip on the side of the cartridge (That goes in first) that tells you when it's time to change the cartridge. Take that off, and just buy some injection sets for like, half the price.

Okay, so, a bit of an anecdote here. My girlfriend had her 18th a couple of night ago, and one of our friends came, wearing a shirt that read "Sometimes women marry women. Get over it." And I absolutely loved her for that. But really, it doesn't matter what sexuality you are or aren't, as long as you can walk with your head high. What's the point of living, if you're living in shame of who you are?
