Again, everyone is saying X and Y will be genetics base. Do know that X and Y can mean several different things. X and Y are both points on a graph with Z being the 3D aspect which would make sense being that this will be on the 3DS: 3 dimension's, X,Y and Z. As I said earlier in my post on page 6 that was apparently ignored, X and Y can also mean Life and Death. Don't just assume it will be genetics. What will they do for a sequel if it is genetics? X2 and Y2? I don't think so. Z isn't genetic either so this chromosomal thing just needs to be put aside and other possibilities should be explored.
-Devil's Graveyard- Dan ended his Quick Attack to land in a graveyard. "Now would be the perfect time to practice my skills." Groups of undead creatures crawled through the ground near the slabs of their graves. "Dark Pulse" A wave of black energy came shooting through his body killing all but 1 individual. Dan walked up to him and put his hand on its head letting 3 rings of gold to enter the creatures mind. It was now asleep. "Perfect. Nightmare." The being began to scream as it's head exploded. "Huff. Huff. Well, it really does drain some energy out of you." He found a small shack and began to recover his energy. -Castle- The dark lavender creaure was tied down by chains. He looked at the people in the meeting. "Let me EAT THEM ALL!"
Masaru's words were soothing. She had found a friend who wouldn't see her as an idol or see her as shallow because of her placement in culture. She didn't have friends in the real world. Everyone just wanted her for her money, appearance, or fame. It was never just time to spend with one another and hang out out of pure enjoyment. Tears fell from her eyes. "You are a good guy Masaru. No one has ever told me that before. Everyone has seen me as shallow because of what the media has done to me. I slowly even gained this trait. It hit the hardest when I put on that helmet. Some time in a world where no one could judge me. A world where I could be myself. People will say SAO was a bad thing, but for me, it was a way to express my freedom." She hugged Masaru tightly. She let go and smiled. "I am sorry. I tend to hide my emotions from people. There is more inside that I just cant not show yet however." Star grabbed his hands. "Lets go back to town. I have a shop to set up. Although I may get unwanted attention for who I am, I still have to help players beat this game." While the two walked away. Star just looked up to the sky. Clear and beautiful. "Hey, when we leave this game, will you try to see me?"
Star had panicked. She ran to the warp gate. She saw Masaru in the distance chasing after her. She turned her face as she activated the warp gate. She had traveled to the 47th floor. Going into her inventory and equipped a cloak to cover herself. She walked off to the Hill of Memories. A glorious meadow stood in front of her. "This place reminds me of home. Quiet, calm, and away from people." She new it was all fake though. How could she set up shop now? People would not come for armor or swords, but instead for her talent. "I cant seem to find peace. Not in the real world nor in this game. Will have to fight on." Her head rose to the sky. The hood dropped down to show the flowers within her hair. The wind blew with a slight breeze "It is truly beautiful here though. Wouldn't you say, Masaru?" She didn't know if he was there or not. She just had the urge to ask him. A feeling came over her that he might be there.

Star woke up shortly after being given the potion. Her hearing was off. She could only see a bright light with a slight blur around everywhere she looked. With a few seconds passing, cheers could be heard in the crowd. She shook her head to see the crowd cheering for her and Masaru. She thought this was a concert however. The fans wanted to hear Stargate sing her songs. She snapped her finger which apparently cued some music or something to play. How she isn't sure, nor would others be sure is my guess. She grabbed a mic and began to sing. Her song was new. A song based on SAO, the MMO that has trapped them all. She was going to release it once the game was cleared. The lyrics rolled off her tongue. The tempo was upbeat. Each word had some significance to the challenges that were being overcame. The crowd was almost silent when hearing all this. The last words were sung. "SAO, Survive and Overcome... until our freedom has been won..." She opened up her eyes to see that she was still in the collusion. A red blush came over her face as she saw Masaru and the crowd. Her secret was out. The Singing Bow Sword girl, The girl behind the band Stargate, Hikari Hoshi. She through down the mic which burst into pixels once it came in contact with the ground, and she ran out of the stadium out of sheer fear.
Star saw the events and was nearly unable to move. Was she afraid to die? He wasn't coming for her. Masamune was instead going for Masaru. Se couldn't see him die. Masamune was a PKer. One of the worst. She couldn't let him get to Masaru. She had to stop him from hitting her with his blade. Completely ignoring Mya, Star rushed to Masaru... A slice through flesh could be heard. A scream came from her mouth. She had taken the blow for Masaru. Her health gauge had now hit 35%. With his sword slicing her however, she was given the opportunity to cut a deep wound into Masamune. "I-I'm sorry Mas-" She passed out, falling back into Masaru.
Okay, so I had a thought come to me. The DS and below lacked a feature that the 3DS can offer. None of them had it because Nintendo didn't give it a chance until recently. But now that they have started doing this with the 3DS for many games, DLC may in fact be a part of this. Think about the possible ideas: -New Pokemon can come to the system. And I mean NEW pokemon. Ones that are not originally. The faults is breeding and spreading the pokemon through trade. -A release of certain regions. Some people, like me, wanted remakes of gen III Ruby and Sapphire. What if they release a DLC that allows you to spend $20 and go to the Hoenn region. I doubt it but its a possibility. -Exclusive areas. Get access to areas to catch maybe past Legendaries. Want Darkrai or something? Take a trip to a new city which is purely based on him. It is more likely then the region idea. -Items. Another thing that you could buy for benefits in battles. On another note for speculation, StreetPass is a huge feature they use for the 3DS. Could we maybe see a feature from Ruby and Sapphire return? Talking about Secret Bases. Pass someone and gain access to their base and maybe have an option to set your Pokemon to allow people to fight them. It would be a nice addition. More speculation, in the past, we have always had a similar feature about the antagonists that all of them share. All of them were male. Could we perhaps have a female antagonist for once? Who knows. Just pondering. Now a thought on theme. I was doing some research on X and Y in meaning. X can mean a form of life as Y can mean a form of death. Could the main two Legendaires be of Life and Death. I will use Xe and Yv for the names for I still struggle with them. Xe stands in a forest which can be seen as a area for life to grow and expand. It stands on the Earth, grounded to the world. Yv however is in the sky. The final resting place for life is the heavens and hell. Its fire-like appearance can demonstrate hell while its ability to fly to the sky could represent heavens. These would be the locations of the dead. So I take it that X and Y can stand for Life and Death. The games have been seen to grow much deeper with story as in Black and White it was based off Truth and Ideals. Before then it was Time and Space, or Land and Sea involving climate. Earlier on it was Legend and Myth, or science for the future.

Eon smiled and looked out to the rain. "Wise words Bambi. Your mother would be proud." A keyhole symbol appeared. Eon didn't know the mechanics, but her pointed the Keyblade to the hole where a beam of light came shooting out of it. "Guess this is goodbye guys." He smiled at the buck and rabbit. He thought to himself, the first thing I do when I am human again is take a nice bath. And with that, he vanished back to the Great Hall.

The boy sat atop a branch on the tree where Gimore spoke. Dan smirked as they were told to fight. His abilities were real. Would he be a friend to these people trying to save the world, or an enemy? The thoughts pleased him. He spoke out to all of them, revealing himself from the shadows. "So darkness has fallen among the Earth. I am pleased with this. To you peasants: Do not see me as an ally. Do not see me as a friend. We may be saving the world, but I will do it my way. Get between me and my kill, and I will not hold my power back." He knew he could not use any of the TMs that could be taught within the games. Instead he could learn moves from tutors, over time that is. "With that said, I must return to begin the war." Dan put his hands out wide. "Haze". A white Mist surrounded him and he vanished. Kim sat there listening to what the dark child said. She was scared. She believed all Gimore said as well. She never saw a lie either. Now it was time to head back home, and prepare for whatever was coming. Before that she went to a girl with blue hair, "L-luna? Is that you? Its me, Kim, from the academy." She touched her and a blue light began to glow from her eyes and hands. Aura had engulfed her transforming her clothes into a Lucario-like outfit. She could see nothing but blue. The souls of everyone there could be seen. Her senses seemed to be increased a great deal. She was freaked out that Luna had something like this. She only played a small amount of Pokemon, but this was definitely Lucario. Her Kirby abilities were really real.

They don't need to have balance. The Starter type triangle is good enough. In Gen II, the starers were pure fire, water and grass all the way from the beginning to the end of the evolution That was also what made the rival so much more of a challenge and gave you a lot better sense of accomplishment once you finally beat him. Empoleon is a mess though. Weak to ground and electric (electric is fine) but now you have a starter who is neutral to fire and grass as well as strong to most elements because of the steel addition which is strong to a majority of elements.. Infernape did not become neutral to water and grass, nor did Torterra get a neutral resistance to fire. Yes, Empoleon has decent stats, but he is nothing special. Most people have fighting or ground attacks which wipe it out in one to two shots. I would much prefer to have the net gen just be pure again. Fire, water and grass, back to the way it should be. They won't do that however. To much balance for them. The challenge is to get to people to the franchise, and if you make something Nintenhard, they won't come to it. That is what the ill balance did, but it made the game a lot more rewarding.
