9 Cities 5 Towns Pokemon League (2 parts) Fight Area (Battle Frontier), Survival Area, Resort Area.
They are the best, enhanced options. New, and old Pokemon, etc. But, if you liked Ruby, Saphire, and Emerald, you should like Platinum. They added the Battle Frontier in this game, if you remember it from Emerald.
Definately, if you like the Pokemon game series. I find it the best of the game series, but that is just my opinion.

The Key item, yes. The actual Arceus, no. Plus, the only codes I have used are the Key item codes, because I never do those events, and I don't think they hold them much. I said I just used my starter. xD

Nah, you don't have to have a Starly for that. Mine was just for Fly and Defog. xD I never use any Pokemon other than my starter till' I beat the game, which I did about 4 days ago. Obviously, I don't care for balanced teams.
There is no limit form in KH2, only in FM+. Unless you mean the "Limit Form" code, that is not the real Limit Form.

Both the orbs are together. Here is how to get Dialga and Palkia: Talk to Elder at Celestic Town. Go to Mt. Coronet, 4th floor, I believe (The only area with the waterfall). Climb waterfall, go in cave, get orbs. Go to the top of Mt. Coronet, Battle and/or Catch Dialga. Walk back into the cave part after finished with Dialga. Walk back to top of Mt. Coronet, and then Palkia's Portal will be there.

Well, i'm not really worried about them that much, I am not that fond of them, anyway. I prefer the stronger Legendary Pokemon.
