Seeing the fist aiming at his face Jason quickly started to change his cheek into steel and made sure Vincent hit that. The steel hadn't fully formed, but it lessened the damage and probably hurt Vincent as well. As Jason fell to the ground he quickly thrusted his hands down and pushed himself off of the street. His legs shot upwards and he aimed a kick towards Vincent's chin only for it to hit a near see-through wall of white.

"Ejacet..." The forgien word that came from Olive's lips meant set and she spoke when Vincent drew his blade. This spell was to 'set' other spells for quick use and the moment she spoke it a dim golden glow surronded her and golden letters in a dead languge formed in the air near her and floated around her head. She said several other words as quickly as possible, and with each word she said one would appear around her in golden letters, and just as she finished listing off the important ones she saw Vincent in danger of being hit. "Taji!" A word that floated around her shoulders started to glow brightly. This was the defense spell. It was low level but still strong enough to make a sheild in front of Vincent just in time to block the kick. Though it did use a lot of the engery she had stored up, which wasn't much so she activated her collection spell, Monash, which passively collected engery that was drawn to her and began forming small wings on her back. It was a slow process as there weren't much engery to draw from since she couldn't take any from the people around her, but it should be enough given their opponent.

You still worry about him... That I admire. And yes, someone should always care and this makes you sound wise. It does take a lot of time, but seeing that you're willing to try it makes you stronger than a lot of people.

I wish I knew the answer to this that would help you. But I'm not sure how to stop my thoughts. I think you should think about both sides, but so long as you disagree with the negative.

Always. Not much else to say really...

People think that parents and kids should have an automatice bond because of the blood connection, but in my opinion that bond should be formed through out the years as one would form a bond with a friend. It is a parent's job to protect their kids and be fair and the kid should obey the rules. But there's a point where it all becomes unfair. If one side disrespects the other without cause then any bond is tampered with as it would be with friends. And it's true that time heals wounds, but it's more important that one use their time wisely and not wait for the time to do all of the work.

No need to apologize, it's understandable. And because everything that is wrong, as you say it is, can be good too. Nothing is perfect. Our flaws make up who we are just as much as our good parts too. It's like a yin and a yang thing. We cannot be good without being bad. And everything we do good there's some bad to it, but everything we do wrong has some good to it.

    I'm glad that it helps.

"Oh, but the sands are always changing." She said, hoping to make them relay on her help. She was in an upbeat mood but that, along with her smile, vanished the moment Sin was mentioned. "No, I'm not apart of Sin, though yes, they are in The Waste." The anger rose in her steadily but she surpressed it. If she did it well then they would see her only as blank now. "Why do you ask of them?"

My art history techer made a really good point once before:

"Everyone says that 'anyone can do it, so why is it so amazing?' Well, no one has done it before."

Or something along those lines. I find that even the most simple art can still have a deep meaning and I agree with the phase that anything can be art.

And the paintings where one would spattler paint on to a canvas are good too, as you can never quite get the same image even if you've tried. Plus someone would have to know how each and every color effects people and such.

    Username: Christmas Angel
    Name: Alice
    Gender: Female
    Age: 21
    Appearance:
Bio: Their clan would pass on their powers from generation to generation and train the kids from the moment they can stand. They killed off the weak so only the strong remained as emotions meant nothing to them. Or least, they shouldn't. Alice was attached to her little sister as she was Alice's only friend and only one to confide in. So when their parents deemed her as weak Alice defended her and in the process killed their parents. They've been fleeing from their clan ever since, gaining a reputation while doing so by causing choas in their travels.
Weapon(s): The sword in the picture. It has the spine of her mother running down the dull side of the sword and she holds it in a reversed style, only holding it as one normallly would when things get serious.
Fighting Style: Can control emotions better than humans to the point where it seems like her kind has none. This makes them mericless killers and able to think clearly as one cannot anger them to the point of being reckless. Personally Alice goes for the kill as soon as possible, but if it fails she will go on the defensive and will wait to see everything the opponent can do. Because of her inhuman staminia she has been known to watch her prey from afar, blocking off all escape routes, and having them wear themselves out to the point where they are unable to fight back.
Powers: Creates/Controls fire, and inhuman strength
    Other: Forsaken her clan name.

    Username: Christmas Angel
    Name: Kyra
    Gender: Female
    Age: 16
    Appearance:
Bio: She always blamed herself for her parents' deaths and her sister's trouble. If she was stronger none of it would happen. Thus she trained everyday to become stronger and help her sister in any way she could. Her guilt aside, life was enjoyable. Even being chased down was fun. All was well. But then Alice was taken away. After she sister was taken to partake in the Gaunlet she traveled for days straight to go to watch. She would like to break her out but she does not weild the power to do so on her own so she seeks help.
Personality: Typically doesn't say much, but when she does speak she is normally passionate with her words no matter the topic.
    Power: Controls fire.
Other: Uses fans to help spread her flames. Hers have oil in the golden triming.

The Forest: Troubled with thought about The Book of The Creator, Azure visits its chamber where it slumbers. While there Grey comes to visit, but only in order to say his final goodbye to the book before leaving the forest for good. When she is offered the chance to come along, Azure says she will travel with him to the forest edge while she thinks it over. One the way out they run into Mya, a well respected forest dweller. The two females are all too eager to see the edge of the forest for the first time only to find it to be nothing bad sand. ooc - could someone post in the ooc thread so I can post the recap?

Trying to remain on the low was overly boring. All around him was action and things he could to do severly damage The City, but since his near capture by Ink Jason has been ordered to stay low. Perhaps he would of been sent back in action soon, and he might even of been able to do some real damage. But that future was lost to him the moment he saw some Ink members on the street. One was harassing a child and he lost his temper. To get their attention he picked up the cloest thing he saw, a small rock, and threw it at the member in front, a raven haired girl.

Olive had much to say to Alex, but before a single word could be spoken she was hit on the side of the head with a small object. It didn't hurt, but it was the sign of more to come. She looked over and recongized the red head from the Ink message board. They knew him as Jason, a shaeshifter, and he was on the wanted list. She thought him to be stupid for not losing the visage everyone knew him to look like, but that was unimportant now. She, and everyone else, could sense he was there for a fight. The people in the street began backing away, some even ran away. What really worried her was some looked like they were ready to join in the fight. This was one they could not lose.

"Heeey," he called over to them. "Want to play?" He asked with a wide smile as the edges of his arms sharpened into silvery blue blades.

I wouldn't suggest running away, but they really do need to realize how important you are. Well, one thing at a time.

Don't listen to your ex's girlfriend. She probably knew that your ex was dating you and still she dated him and still is. Those kinds of people don't care for much and wouldn't ever stop to think how she is hurting you unless it is for the sake of pride. She probably has issues of her own but instead of trying to fix them she makes herself feel better by making fun of you. Her words are hollow, but if you do want to call her out just do so in a public place like school. If people laugh at her than that could make her think twice about doing anything. Other than that it would be best to cut all ties to them.

And no matter what she or your parents say you are not trash. I've spoken to some people who know you and saw how worried they were when you made your departure thread. If you were trash then they would not of cared. Because they care you must be an awesome person and I've seen some posts of yours in the past and could tell that you're a kind girl.

About the new guy, if you think you are not ready for a new realtionship then do not get into one. You can be close friends with him and if something happens then it happens. But don't ever try to rush into things. Just know that your ex holds nothing over you and if you want to move on then do so. Just take it slow at first and make sure he's not the type to cheat.

My parents, step dad mainly, treats me like ****. Everything I do is wrong. I can't even look at him without getting a disapproving look. It pains me every time even though I hate him. I also can't even be in the same room with him due to the things he said and did. What pains me most is when my mom tells me that he cares for him and he does all of those things because he is worried and it hurts him when I talk badly about him. Truly makes me wonder that if he wants me to think of him as a father than why does he treats me so badly. And I know it's hard, but you have to ignore it. Or listen but don't take a single word seriously. And sometimes when you want to cry because of them try to laugh (not in their persence though, of course.) Laugh at their fooliness, or at how crazy it all is or just laugh at nothing at all. It may sound like insanity, but it helps.

And before I was told to be like my brother but now I'm just told that I am going to end up like him, with a child and a drop-out. So no matter how your brother is they are going to be like that. SO what can you do? Well, you can be yourself. Be the best you that you can and make yourself proud, not them. Make it through day by day with little amount of regerts as possible and at the end of the day you can reflect. What did I do wrong, what did I do right, and how I can be even better tomorrow. And each day you can tell yourself that you're amazing.

And one night I texted my email and it said 'Smile. You deserve to be happy' because it was a really bad day. I felt better that morning but after seeing my email, as I check it often, I couldn't help but to smile, and feel slightly embarrassed as well. It just reminded me about all of my friends who have said the same thing.

So in the end, you may not be a super hero who will save everyone, but you are special. You are you and no one else and no one else is you.

Ahh, I sound sappy, but I really hope that this help. And if you want to talk to me you can always pm/VM me or I can tell you my email.

ooc - why yes we do :'D

    David Cross

David was protected from the water by the rock since he was lined up with Frost. He had quickly pulled back his fist from Frost's grip while he was distracted by the water and took a few steps back. He held out his palm and from it ice shot out at Frost.
