Happy Lief Ericson Day.
Poignant. It's pretty interesting. I like it as a literary piece but hate the fact that it's very good at conveying the immense distress and pain. On another note, you seen the episode with Elie Wiesel on Oprah?
She's random love interest girl, but not really since they don't really have one, well sorta. That or I'm just making this up, which is a distinct possibility. Anyways, if you're looking for a good well developed character that plays a major and/or interesting role then you must look further young padawan. I don't hate her though.
Technically it's good. However, I hate animal eared people, like poison, which incidentally I've never tried. The sword also could use some reforging.
Beyblades! Start a revolution!
I prefer the term stupid Americans. We are everything but lazy. Do you know the lengths we go to to evade, avoid and otherwise not do work?
EvilMan_89's right on the age thing, I wouldn't try to say that is a nail in his campaign's coffin. Now I'll make with the barraging. I don't really think McCain is just like Bush, you know he still thinks torture is wrong (call me crazy but I respect that a bit), he used to be a better candidate in my eyes and I think he would've been better in 2000 than Bush, but that is a mot point at present. Anyways, I think either way it'll work out how it will, no amount of fighting over such a position will make a difference. The American golden age is over and we'll just have to see how things work, for better or worse.
The sounds of heavy gunfire and dying groans are really even more hilarious when you're interrupting a heartfelt line, like "You're beautiful". Playing Halo 3 to James Blunt is just funny. I almost forgot I was losing ten kills to twenty four most of the game.
I disagree. Though I respect that many see Obama's new, hope and change based speeches as inspirational, logical or for any reason persuasive, I still do not believe that he has what it takes. Honestly we weren't given a great pick this time around, I myself am not sure who would be best to go with but I'm sure that Obama is certainly not what he's cracked up to be. In my experiences his speeches have been nothing but deflecting questions and trying to tear down other candidates, just like all of them. He's really no different from the white old men that have been elected thus far, he's just as elitist as some of them and just as human, so he can in fact make mistakes. The attitude that he can do no wrong is annoying. He may be the best candidate but I still wouldn't support a guy like him based on his campaigning or his credentials.
I never understood people's fixation with Obama. He's just an over hyped product that is destined to disappoint, not unlike the Wii. I mean he's obviously a smooth talker and a shmoozer just like Bill Clinton, but he doesn't get any of the flack for it. He isn't really anything special either. He's just your run of the mill megalomaniac politician. I only criticize him because he gets too much credit for what he is. Clinton may be no better, she may be way better, I don't know but they are really hard on her so I don't have to bother myself with it.
[MARQUEE]I'm doing a collaborative project with a friend. He's coming up with the main stuff and I'm basically mentoring him on stuff like art and character development. I'm not very good or anything but it's good to help as much as you can in my opinion. [/MARQUEE]
Well, you know this is all just hypothetical musings that could never be proven(I'm saying this for my sake not yours) or disproven. That said, I really have no idea what I would do. I'm the type that's accustomed to sitting and thinking about the trivialities of life and the small things that are a part of life's everyday routine. The concept of time is a human construct, or at least marking it's passage with arbitrary durations designated by some guy who just thought of it. To change history would be to break it in my opinion, but thinks are more interesting when broken. So yes, if I could exist outside time as well. No, If I couldn't and would have to live with my chaotic experiment in history and life. I'm a coward that way.
I just watched this thing on pbs that was about Asians in American cinema. It looked at the history of acting roles available and the prospects of the future. I'm really not one to get into this racial rallying and pride type thing but it kinda depressed me to see where Asian people can get work as actors. I know they're overrepresented everywhere else but it still kinda makes me feel for the guys. Being Asian doesn't get you jack **** around here and you're liable to be the butt end of many jokes, many about you're primary sexual characteristics and you're love affairs with computers. It's really not too nice being the outsider in so many situations, or even just the overlooked brick in the wall in the case of many others. So what do you think? This isn't really only about Asians, other stereotypes are quite important as well it's just this show got me in the mood to discuss these things.
Interesting. I think that it's a rather well written work. Not really excellent but interesting and since I have a soft spot for short stories written for Creative Writing anyways... well you get it.
In your world is Burdock cooler than L and is the show Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy funnier than Monty Python and the Holy Grail?
******. Gook. Spic. Beaner. *****. Wetback. Greaser. Cracker. Wigger. Wop. Hun. Jap. Yellow. Kraut. Just checking something.
I surprised. Also, vote Socialist.
Guitar Hero for the DS or Speed Racer live action.
Seriously, by the time he was making movies he kinda sucked. His famous roundhouse kick was poor. I know he was the American champion at karate for a while but you wouldn't know from seeing any of his movies. This was prompted by my most recent viewing of a Chuck Norris movie.
The title. She is dead.
