That little girl is like me when I'm trying to confuse people, only lacking in the zombie department a bit. She'll learn the ways of the annoyance one day.
Well, to put it kindly, it's unrefined. The body legs are incorrectly shaped, the arm is disproportionately long, and the face is very unfinished and incorrectly proportioned for the angle it's at. Remedies could be: simple practice on copying something you want to emulate, real life or other art works and studying up on techniques like foreshortening and other angling stuff. That way it won't look flat, or even worse, like something I did. Basically, all you can do to fix problems is practice and look for what you don't like and correct it.
I guess it's fine, but it's not exactly a high quality pic, there are better things. Just be aware that as I said to exile0025, these are actually concepts for something I'm contemplating working on.
