Technically, Gatorade DOESN'T replenish your energy. Sure it says, electrolytes are there and that Gatorade replenishes them. But your body itself rel*****hes them. So its not really replenishing anything

You completely lost me. I agree with this too. I'm currently learning a language (technically the dead language but still) I understand it and can comprehend what the teacher is saying. I'm not for sure what you mean by truly understanding a language but I don't think you can learn that. But this is just my opinion
