I'm orthodox, and I'm going to try and stay with Orthodox, or Christian at least. Thing is I go to a Catholic school, and their beliefs and stuff are a lot different to mine. I would never date someone who's not Christian-and I know that sounds really mean but the beliefs and customs and stuff are just too different. There are also a lot of church laws. According to my church, I'm not allowed to marry a Protestant Christian, but I can marry a Catholic. So if in the future I was thinking seriously about stuff, then religion would affect me. The other thing (sorry) I wouldn't go out with an Atheist, just because I'm such a firm God-believer, who regularly goes to church. Not that being with an Atheist would be that much of a problem, just if we ever had debates on the existence of God...it wouldn't end well.
for your first, its not too bad. Some tips, though: Use more clips- I noticed around the middle you were playing around to get the lip syncing and to place the scenes differently, but ultimately different videos would help. Video & Audio- Try to combine fast clips with fast parts of the song, and slow clips with slow parts of the song. I'm really quite the noob at this, so i really don't have any other advice. Just make sure you do those things next time and I'm positively sure your videos will improve!
She has, apparently attempted it, I think twice, but I'm not sure. As for the attention thing, she does have a tendency to be an attention seeker, and a couple of days ago I would have completely disagreed with you, but lately she's been taking it to her advantage and been like 'oh look at me, I'm so sad' obviously not like that, a little more depressing. A lot of my friends have actually given up trying to help her, just because they don't know what to do. She now has a habit of clicking lighters at school. They don't have any gas, obviously, but she's scratched her fingers from it to the point where both her thumbs were bleeding. Her whole situation is freaking the entire group out. My group is a whole lot quieter, and the 'peacekeeper' of the group was horrified when she saw the lighter. I'm annoyed at her now, because no one can complain about anything, as she usually responds with some sarcastic comment like "oh, you poor thing, I feel so sorry for you." We have problems too, maybe not as serious as yours but still things worth listening to! She's really started to annoy me but I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing, thanks for you help everyone =)
Why is the world so depressing lately? Stupid thread is stupid. I'm exhausted trying to lift up the lives of suicidal people, so I'm just gonna say this: Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problems. The fact that you haven't told us those problems means that we can't tell you how to fix them, but suicide is not the answer, its NEVER the answer. Couple of years back, I wanted to end it-I was 13. Do you know why I didn't? I didn't because I thought about what I would miss out on. Things like my 16th birthday, finishing High School, Getting a Job as a Primary School teacher, everything that I always wanted to achieve in life, that I was gonna end because 3...maybe 4 or 5 people were bullying me? Hell no! Don't throw your life away. There are so many things that you will miss out on. Your family, as far as I can see, loves you a lot. All the good times-parties, promotions, graduations, and everything else in between. Sure there will be some bad stuff every now and then but the people who are still alive today didn't let the bad stuff get the better of them, and neither should you. Also, regardless of whether you believe in God or not, if you commit suicide, there's no relief. You go straight to hell, how fun does that sound?

Is trying to kill herself. The thing is she's been trying to hide it from me, and most of the rest of the group, and I'm not supposed to know. So how do I know? Leaked from a guy in my group who also isn't supposed to know. I also asked about a deep scar on her wrist, and she said she 'fell on a stick'. -_- I'm supposed to trust her and all, but that was a pretty stupid lie. As anyone who has been through a phase like hers would know, she doesn't want help. Two other guys went to our Year Adviser and asked about getting her help. She told me that without mentioning the whole 'suicidal' thing. So basically, I want to help her, but help hasn't been so well recieved. I know I can help her because I've pretty much been through what she has, but how do I approach her, seeing as I'm not supposed to know in the first place? Has anyone had this problem before? I'm very worried, so thankyou in advance =)
most of the stuff you're talking about I owe to WMM, especially about the fast scenes, that's why it looked a little off. Not to sound all whiney and such but there was a lot of stuff I wanted to put in that I couldn't because WMM wouldn't let me... thankyou =) and again, those flashes were very trial and error, I didn't really know how they would turn out, thanks for the advice!

Long time no see, video section! This is my first amv in well over a year, and may I just say I can strangle my WMM now...I would've used vegas but my trial expired, AND I could've used imovie, but hell...thats a lot worse. So that left me with WMM, the thing that crashes every freakin 5 minutes!!! :@ Anyways, this is a story about Xion, because I'm really liking Days at the moment, so yeah, Enjoy!!! TEAM HERMES: Jay- Really like the colours in this one, and the lighting, and the text. It all comes together really well. Very nice work Bushy-Brow-1992 - CLANNAD!!! I love the whole rainbow thing. Nagisa is a very 'colourful' character, and you've shown that really well! Loving the pictures behind her as they don't draw too much attention away. Love the border and the text. More blending maybe? Very well done! Monochrome- very simple, but again, this tag works very well. The colours do the sig justice, text could make this better, but it does look good as is =) TEAM ZEUS: Laplace- absolutely gorgeous. I love the floral patterns and brushes and the smudging looks really good. My only criticism would be that the lighting on the render looks a little bit too harsh. Still, great job! Ienzo- Very close second. Love the use of thin clipping masks, gives a really cool effect. Text is good, background is good, though I believe your lighting is in the wrong place. Other than that, well done! jojo13- The wireframes look really cool, they give a nice effect for the whole tag. Just wish there was a little bit more depth in it =)
Can you please tell me where you got such good KH stocks? I need to know!!! The one of sora and riku fighting is my favourite, but I also like the other sora ones. As for your second post, the DMC ones look AMAZING!!! Also, little tip if you want to do transparent avvys...dont. The render touches the edges so the effect of transparency is gone, but you have to make your render really small if you dont want to do that. If you do transparent avvys, do text ones, Theyre more effective =) still very good job on these! Keep it up!
Either the first or the last, but as chev and cronoking have stated, fractals are not everything. Personally I think you need to blend him in a little more, as he kinda looks a tad slapped on. Experiment with his positioning too. He looks too far to the left, but that may be just me. Depth and lighting can make this tag really nice, so use burns, dodges, blurs and see what you can get. It looks pretty good like this, but it can be a lot better. Just trying to help =)

I love them. I'm sorry but I think Evanescence is one of the greatest bands ever. My faves are Bring me to life, My immortal, Tourniquet, Imaginary, Missing, Broken(Amy Lee and Seether) and The Last Song I'm Wasting On You. Amy Lee has such an amazing voice and I just love the band! <3
That's what I was thinking XD Still, great job on these. My fave is the riku one, even though the sora one was done very well too. All I can say is keep experimenting. The more you play with adjustments, layers, blending modes etc the more you can see what works and what doesn't depending on the style you're going for. Keep it up, Jay, these are looking great =)
The first one reminds me of my old tags :D Love the background, and the whole music thingy you've got going on there, I think the lines are a bit low quality, and the music notes should have been white, not black and glowing. As for your smudging/blending, try to set your brush settings to have a slight scatter, but duplicate your render first so you dont lose the image. Another thing is lighting. The render has a shadow on the left, so your lighting should come from the right. It'll just give it a less 'flat' look. I will also just say that your text is beautiful in that one. =) The second one is a bit small, with not much detail going on there, but still alright for the thing you're going for.
yeah the rock one was just more of an experiment that I made around 7 months ago. Glad you like the new one!!! The pitch variations were by accident, btw. I didn't notice it until later =P glad you like it, I used garage band to make it Sure. Why not? xD
