You meant to say that right? There is a lot more shoujo in sheer volume than the other genres even shounen and if you take the time to look over it, the technical majority of the art is worse than it should be.

For some reason it's almost invariably lower quality than seinen, shounen, or josei. There are good artists that can make decent stories but they are surely in the minority.
All shoujo manga that has that quintessentially shoujo art style is going to be bad whether it was homegrown in Japan or not so there is no use getting angry over something so inconsequential. Was madder when I heard of Halo anime.
