Pen and paper rpgs are pretty much the reason why I never go to sleep before 4am every Saturday morning. They're also the only kind of rpg I play anymore, because honestly folks, where else can you build a character with the mannerisms and voice of a woman... No, more feminine than any woman. Uncertain as to whether I am obliged to be pleased or downcast by the fact that this is already more replies than my threads ever elicit. Regardless, it is the time to add another reply. I left around the interface of August and September, as I am frequently inclined to, and as my first long weekend since that time I decided to pop back in for a visitation. I'll only be here until the end of today it's likely as I still have an essay to complete. That would have been interesting indeed. Anything that makes people paranoid would have to be, of course. I've put a lot of time into that arcade, but at this juncture I feel that I've done my best work already. So when you do get that high score, I probably won't have to motivation to attempt beating it. Still, my present feelings don't entirely preclude future confrontations, I suppose. Number one. I'm an escapist at heart and there is no greater escape than a dimensional shift. And honestly, anyone who doesn't mind being a background character is a coward. In the right world, I'd quite literally try to become a main character until I either achieved or it killed me. Because as a calculated risk based on my personal values, the chance of living as a lead is worth more than the guarantee of living normally.
