Jube at times seems like he's basically /a/ incarnate and also posts in the spamzone where people will see it more than the others. While one could make the argument that they've got comparable shown power levels, the way people visit the site will skew the results in his favor I feel.
Well there's a starting point if I ever heard one. While being on staff is a common appellation we've held, I for some reason doubt it is much of...
Burnt bread?
Dio's here already?
If it's less than five, it's a boring episode.
Tarrlock's bending probably won't be discussed. They have a tendency to go a bit light on explanation anyways and I can't see him ever being important again so I feel like they're just gonna gloss it over and pretend it makes sense like they did with how metal and lightning but worse.
I was actually joking. I kinda dislike baseless speculation, which is what much of fan speculation is. We'll see in two weeks, until then we can only accurately discuss what we know. But on with baseless speculation. Koh said he'd meet Aang in the future in season 1. Aang has the ability to spirit bend and thus cancel out element bending in an individual, ie remove their bending. Amon has the ability to remove bending and wears a mask. Amon could only have learned spirit bending by either talking to a lion turtle, super meditating or learning from Aang. One may believe that Amon picked up his trick in the spirit world directly from Koh at the expense of his face or he was somehow related to the second meeting of Aang and Koh and by that route picked up spirit bending. You could also use this same logic to support KS's supposition that Amon could also bloodbend because if he knows spirit bending he can theoretically extrapolate all other forms making him a second avatar. Or you could notice his eyes and consider that he might actually just have a burn. But then these creators have had continuity errors before so that really means nothing, too. See how this goes on at length but says nothing? I don't really like that.
Who's there?
Amon is related somehow to Koh. Wearing a mask because of a burn? No. He ain't got no face.
It wouldn't have had to happen so fast if they hadn't wasted time on probending earlier. This is a case of them reaping what they sowed.
Tarrlock was literally only in the story at all to fall victim to the Worf Effect. His whole past and bloodbending deal was done so he was for all intents and purposes useless after that. I was actually really pleased that he got put on a bus this episode since he was basically clutter and he got to be used to build up Amon further. It's a win-win.
A bunch of people also thought they wouldn't even go through with it.
Went with friends. Nearly died on the car ride over(never let an Asian drive.) Saw penetration at the back of the room. Sorta danced. Lost some hearing. Went to after prom, killed some zombies and had a dancing revolution. Won some plushies and went home. It was a Friday.
It is yearly isn't it? Ha, that's interesting. So what should we talk about? I never know where to start these things.
This episode pretty much redeemed the show in my opinion. I had lots of issues before but I'm pretty much willing to forgive all their trespasses up until this point now.
Bane. He broke the bat. I hate the bat.
We should introduce campaign finance reform so that there is a strict limit on how much money any one user can spend on campaigning. This way a user can't just buy more ads and get more exposure than any other candidate. It'll keep our elections fair and open to some of our poorer candidates. In all seriousness though, I like the way the awards ran last year except for the lack of a winner confirmation thread. This isn't so much a suggestion as a , "Wouldn't that be cool/charmingly lame/youknowwhatImeanprobably?" but you could take the idea of a User Awards podcast and do a short intro to each cycle with some entry if people are up for it. I also like riddles if that's worth anything.
I've been waiting for this.
