I didn't realize you guys didn't necessarily know. I forget that we don't really have lots of quest threads here sometimes.

It's how quest threads work. You're allowed to pick multiple and write in as much as you want. You can even write out your own version of events if you're feeling really dedicated.

Regardless of how you feel you took a job and you're going to finish it. Professionalism has always been your most salient characteristic. So you tell him to get out earlier. Drive if he has to. You also tell him not to come back for a while if at all. Once people are sending goons after you it's time to move on. He tries to tell you that he doesn't have much outside of this city. You brush him off and say that it's none of your concern, he asked to stay alive you're telling him how to. If he wanted comfort he wouldn't have hired someone like you. So you hang up on him without another word and exit the now stopped vehicle. You pay the cabbie as little as possible and walk into the bar you told Remiel to meet you at. Conveniently enough, he's still there. He sees you enter and you walk over to him. He smiles and asks you what's up with the hat. You tell him it's part of your disguise and if someone tries to grab you by the hair in a fight all they'd get was a wig and an entry wound for a face. He grimaces at the description but then moves straight on to business and asks you if you want a drink. You remind him that you've only just met. When he blushes you also tell him that you don't drink, it's unprofessional. So he moves along and asks you what you're doing and what your plans are. You tell him

[] That you're joining him on his flight.
[] That you'll be stopping off to collect some supplies before heading to the meeting earlier.
    [] That he isn't a good liar.

Before hanging up you ask Remiel how long he'll be able to wait for you. When he inquires as to why you're asking, you simply tell him to answer the question. He says, he's got a flight out of town in two hours. You thank him for the info and hang up without notice. You glare at the cab driver for trying to listen and tell him to keep his eyes on the road and his mind on his driving. He snorts at you but you suppose there isn't much more that can be done. You call Marcus and tell him that you've mopped up the hitters and are on your way out of town as well. You also thank him for the three flavors of condoms. He asks if he can get those back along with Cecilia's number. You grab all the phone numbers out of his wallet and throw them out the window before saying that you thought they were trash and tossed them a while ago. He sighs and asks why you're calling. You say that you suspect him of trying to get you killed, he may be smalltime but he's savvy enough to deal with something like this on his own. He gulps audibly. You say that you won't kill him. He knows your policy. You won't custom make corpses for a sum of less than 40k. 50k if they know you and 100k if they know you're coming. He sighs. You ask him again if he's trying to sell you out again because while you won't kill him his fingers don't really need to function for him to get by. He pauses before replying. He said that he got a tip and he was just acting on it. The tipper only told him that it was dangerous and he wasn't going to gamble on them being wrong. Logical as it was, you remain unconvinced. You ask him when he's leaving town. He says he'll be driving out within the hour. You frown and

[] Tell him to forestall that. You need more info to make sure this thing wraps up nicely.
[] Offer to hire him for a job in exchange for his wallet and other possessions you looted.
[] Tell him to get out earlier if possible.

You're not about to try your hand at in car bomb preparation so that's off the table and back in the bag. You are also suddenly far more aware of what you're already wearing. You should have brought a little more maybe. When you look around you are reminded of exactly how small this town is. You've been so many places, it's hard not to see it as anything but quaint. Maybe it's time to leave this town. Your home is likely very slightly more burnt than you'd like it to be. You're helping out your only semblance of a rival. You're going to be gone for the next two years. You ran away from home at sixteen over less. It just seemed like the time to go then. Maybe that time was now for this place. You peek into Marcus' wallet on a whim. It's got a bit of cash, some credit cards, no ID or passport, a few phone numbers on scraps of paper and a couple condoms. Mature. Remiel suddenly calls you back, you let it ring a few times, no reason for him not to sweat a bit over it. You pick it up on what you knew would be the last ring. He greeted you somewhat apprehensively. When you finally responded, he interrupted you to tell you how glad he was to hear you, followed by telling you how worried he was. You brush him off instantly, telling him it was nothing you couldn't handle. He asks you if you're sure. You insist. He sighs and tells you that he'll be waiting for you. You remind him that you'll be fine and

[] Tell him that you'll be there soon.
[] Ask him how long he'll wait.
[] Tell him it's all good and hang up so you can tell Marcus what's up.

You need to arrange yourself and set a few things in order but doing that in the middle of the street would be... stupid. So you move to a more traveled area and hail a cab. A few minutes later you're sitting in one, behind a good natured looking old man. You keep an eye on him to make sure nothing is up. You carefully leaf through your bag and rifle through your pockets as the car moves along slowly in the city traffic.

You are currently in the possession of:
    Guns:
    Colt Double Eagle(modified)x1
    Walther P99(modified)x1
    Ruger MKIII (modified)x1
    1988 Glock 17L(unmodified)x1
    Luger P08 circa 1940 (unmodified)x1
    Colt Python circa 1970 (unmodifed)x1
    Desert Eagle Mark I(unmodified)x1

    Ammunition:
What's in the guns plus two extra mags for each of the modified guns.

    Explosives:
    C4 - 10lb
    Blasting Cap x4

    Clothing:
    Stored-
    Cocktail Dress
    Heels
    Scarf
    Worn-
    Hoodie
    Graphic Tee
    Running Shoes
    Socks
    Undergarments
    Cargo Shorts
    Hat with Wig
    Bulletproof Vest

    Computing:
    Smart Phone

    Key:
    Case File
    Marcus' Wallet
    Your Wallet
Envelope with 65 grand in cash from the Spain job
Briefcase with 950 grand in cash for expenses

Your bag is big heavy with all this shit, but it should be worth having most of it. The cab's about 20 minutes out from the bar, what do you occupy yourself with.

(Sorry, for some of the ****** wording, I kinda lost the whole thing when my internet cut out and had to try to remember it. You also might have lost a few items over it.)

A bunch of stupid shit runs through your head. You get a little frustrated with yourself but manage not to just go wild, after all you need to be able to show your face in this town again. While taking the diplomatic route sucks, you've gotta do it occasionally. Like now, for instance. You clear your throat and call the police again, this time from a pay phone while trying your best to disguise your voice you explain that you see some suspicious men and think they might be arsonists. The police are on their way now. You duck out of the retrograde booth, hide your gun from view and approach the men. You ask them politely what they're doing from a safe-enough-for-you distance. They turn to you and then turn to each other, not quite sure what to do with you. They try, ploddingly, to come up with something but end up just telling you to buzz off and mind your own damn business. You tell them that it's your neighborhood so it is your business if unfamiliar men are skulking about. They threaten you, at least you think that's what they're trying to do. They haven't quite gotten implications down you assume. So you pretend to bee scared off by walking into your apartment complex, keeping them within line of sight as much as possible. They look at each other again. They're total amateurs. Idiots off the street at best. Marcus had no reason to fear these clowns, even if he had zero combat ability. There had to be something else up with this situation, maybe they were just the warning shot. You enter your apartment careful of both your own traps and the possibility of new ones. Everything is fine for the moment. You peer back out the window and the men, they seem to be losing their nerves. The police should be there in minutes so it's time for you to make your exit out the window. It's a shame, but you think you smell burning gasoline as you make your way to the bar to meet Remiel. It's been an eventful day but the sun's set by now and you've got a ways to go. On your way there you should

[] Check your inventory. Gotta examine your sweet loot and what you could salvage from your possibly destroyed apartment.
[] Hail a cab. You don't want Wesson to get fed up waiting for you.
[] Circle back around and check out the situation.
[] Call Marcus and ask him what he was so worried about.

Stop. Collaborate and listen, Xaldin's back in an all new edition. Spamzone grabs a hold of him tightly. Then he flows that a error daily and nightly. Will it ever stop? Yo, I don't know. Turn off the lights and he'll glow. To the extreme he breaks the site like a vandal. Light up your screen and wax a chump like a candle.

He picks up almost immediately. He sounds a little apprehensive. He asks if you're having second thoughts. You ask him if he's still in town. He says he is. You ask where. He doesn't know why you're asking but acquiesces regardless. You tell him to meet you at the closest bar in an hour, you're coming with him. He says he shouldn't really. You tell him that you don't like being stood up. He asks you if there's anything he can do to help you out at all. You tell him it shouldn't be anything big, you just need to pick up the case file and a few supplies. Also, there might or might not be a few people heading over to your place to torch it. But nothing you can't handle alone. He expresses concern, but remind him that you'd only get in the way. He confirms the time and location with you as you crack a smile. You remind him and hang up. You're nearly back home and you see a few suspicious types again. No one you recognize from the dog race but all the same, probably the guys you're after especially the one with the gasoline. You pull out your Double Eagle for this one. How do you proceed?
