My top three would be Cloud, Leon and Tifa.
You should never doubt yourself, and you should always give it your all. You don't get great at the beginning. I like the third one best, it's really cute but it bugs me that I can see the outline of your colour pencils. it goes back to what Stardust said, you should easy up lightly when it comes to colour pencils. Especially black. Go easy on it. But all I can say(that hasen't been said.. really..) Is practice more and more. Just sketch around other Pokemon and practice your shading and colouring.
I love the dogs paw. But I Ed's hair looks way to dull. It needs to be a tad lighter. Nothing on the fish besides it makes me happy. xD And the Inuyasha.. when I look at it, it looks dull. But when I stare at it.. it looks right. The tones of the skins brings it out.
This is really good. But what bothers me is the bangs...on the left side. they look weird to me. And I have to agree with Random about the lack of eyebrows.
I love the eyes, like so much. I could pass this off as Axel's sister. What bothers me is the nose tho. :o but besides that, it's purty. ;] Keep up the good work.
