I don't think Riku would turn on Sora again because he overcame the darkness. He might still have it in his heart but he'd fight against it again to help Sora and such.
I think they would do it right though, they would be adding more information that was missing. And would make it more fun then playing Roxas (personally). I think it'd be cool if they did that. Cause I loved playing Riku in RE:Com. He's just as badass as Sora.
