I don't think it would be wise to start with because of the stats and would just be Over Kill. However it is one of my all time favorite Keyblades. The sound of it really gets to me. I love the sound of the Oathkeeper and the design of it it has such elegance to it. But again going back to the basic keyblade, the start of the game the Kingdom Key is a good starter no matter how much it pains me to say it. I'm really not a fan of that keyblade. Unless I'm doing one of those try to beat a boss with the weakest weapon type of thing then ok, but actual in KH2 with ARM the weakest Keyblade is the Detection Saber. Still as a starting weapon the Kingdom Key is a perfect starting weapon.
