But Jecht wasn't even that bad. The only time he's "horrible" is in Tidus' odd dream where Yuna and Rikku become his lovers, which seemed to be more like something Tidus had just imagined. Jecht was clearly a nice man as you could see how his wife acted around him, how much people loved him and you can also see it when you use his spheres. And he got even nicer throughout Braska's journey. He had character development just like Tidus, but Jecht did not have to be whiny and annoying along the way. Besides, Tidus was obnoxious until the very end. Even in the scene with Yunalesca, where Tidus had supposedly undergone his fabled character development, he still acted like a brat. "This is my story! I decide what happens on Yuna's journey and guys can't stop me because this is my story!"
Oh. I thought it was legitly some generic anime. Oh well, not like I'll ever get to play it anyway. At least I've still got Valkyria Chronicles.
Did I really just read someone in here saying that Jecht was not badass? The man got hammered and stabbed a goddamn shoopuff. Where as the most badass thing Tidus ever did was copy his dad's blitzball move. The game really should have been about Braska and Company's journey though. Far better characters and more likable characters and they could have cut the silly "We are a dream, my son." Man, Square really dropped the ball when it came to X.
No seriously, why are you posting some generic anime?
Why isn't Korra in the crap department?
Why are you posting generic highschool anime in a thread about Final Fantasy?
Excuse me sir, I was just wondering- Are you bi?
But Cloud wasn't depressed. His personality was retcon'd after they decided to base it on fanfiction.
Figured this deserved a place in this thread as well

What they did was not that much different. They made him move because of an act that he had not comitted. By your logic, it would be alright to put someone from Iraq in quarantine to make it safe. Afterall, he might blow up the airplane. The act itself of moving has nothing to do with it, it's the principle. They made him move because he's a man, because of prejudice. There is absolutely no way for them to have known wether or not the man was a pedophile. And for all they knew, the woman could have been one, as the kids were boys and not girls the odds of her being attracted to them wouldn't be far off from the odds of him being attracted to them. Also, it's very doubtful that this actually made the atmosphere better. More than likely it made it worse, as the flight attendants clearly told him why he couldn't sit there. It made it a lot less comfortable for the guy, and probably others since they might have thought that he actually was a pedophile.
And that is exactly how he was branded a pedophile. He was asked to move seats because he was a man and they were afraid he might be a pedophile. There was absolutely no other reason for them to ask him to move. Would you also think that's alright, if it's for safety if they would have told a black person to move because "black people aren't allowed to sit next to unaccompanied children"? The concept is the same, it's the same level of discrimination. Besides, it's not like you're more likely to molest a child on a plane. You're in public, there's tons of people around you and the flight attendants are supposed to check in on the unaccomponied children often. Why would you not let unaccompanied children get on the airplane? It's not like you just drop them off and let them figure it out for themselves, the flight attendants and other people who work at the airport look after them and help them. Besides, at 10 you're actually pretty old and should be able to take care of yourself somewhat. It's a perfectly normal thing to do. I took an airplane alone when I was around 10, it's not a big deal. Admitedly though, the states are always far worse with things like these than a lot of other countries. So that might be why it's not a normal thing over there.
Source So I just read this and I must say it is extremely pathetic. Aren't we supposed to move away from things like these? Not become worse?
Ueda set his goals way too high. I blame consoles becoming too powerful. Again, you might want to read this.
http://www.thesixthaxis.com/2012/08/09/sony-confirm-the-last-guardian-is-still-in-development/ However, the game will probably not be very... good... Since Sony probably just wants to get it out the door right now.
And it would have been so much fun to go through that world three times. Shame.
