Oh definitely, if you had to buy both versions of the same game it would be a bit silly (although Square will probably not follow suit). However, as far as a marketing strategy I don't see this as all that smart. They are essentially trying to push that the Vita is exactly the same as the Ps3, and in that case, why would people want to buy it? It's not bad for the people who actually own it, but it just seems like a bad strategy in my eyes.

I'm really wondering what is going on with this, as apperantly one a terrible team is working on this game (the same guys who made the trainwreck that was Playstation Move Heroes). Maybe they will surprise this time, as it's not really that difficult to make a good Call of Duty game as long as the controlls are right. But still, I'm surprised that they would let a team with such a bad trackrecord make this game.
It looks a lot like Assassin's Creed, just a bit better. After Dragon's Dogma I'll give some faith to Capcom about this being great.
I saw some leaked images of Alden's Tower a while back, and I was thinking it might be similar to the Ice Climbers stage from SSBM. It's nice to know that it is, it looks really fun. Sackboy looks really fun to play as, Spike seems amazing, Ratchet looks a bit boring and Donte looks surprisingly good. Not a bad update.
This looks really good actually. Games like these are exactly what the Vita needs, unique experiences that you can't get on the consoles. I would honestly like to play this, but it will never happen since it's on the Vita. I find the thought of people playing it in public be hilarious though, yelling and blowing at the Vita? Ha.
The more news I hear about this title, the more worries I get. Hopefully it will live up to the insanely high standards of Ueda though. But yeeeah, I'm not so sure.
Sony's strategy is baffling me, but this is very nice for the people who own both.
