Logic is backwards. Mafia focus on survival, not lynching. They get a night kill, town don't. They only care about giving solid lynch reasons when they need to steer someone away from being lynched, to create a counter wagon. But you're right. I am hand holding too much. Hunt scum yourself.[DOUBLEPOST=1408243736][/DOUBLEPOST] Dice have no memory.
I'm afraid pointing fingers is the only way to get info worth pointing fingers at. First day has the highest likelihood of a mislynch; we can't be idle in the info gathering phase.
Not in RVS, you can't. If you want to clear your name, become a merit to town. Hunt scum! Get reactions. Preferably out of people who haven't voted yet.
##Unvote: Trigger ##Vote: Beau lol
Joking will get you nowhere. That was a hard tell. You as much as admitted you were not town.
... That is a beautiful point. As far as I'm concerned, Beau is confirmed scum. Unless there is a third party role he wants to claim...
If I am anti-town, you won't get to profit from my results. We are your scum reads yet you haven't revoted either Beau or I. You are acting out of self-preservation. Jumping off an early wagon and throwing out suspicions without voting your gut makes no sense. This play is way too chaotic for only a few posts in. I don't like it. ##Unvote: Krowley ##Vote: Trigger
Not the case in any game I've played (except for in-person games). Nova, can you clear that up?[DOUBLEPOST=1408241059][/DOUBLEPOST] Wh-what am I reading? Trigger, you are jumping around way too much. Think before you act. Why did unvote only to rescind your view two seconds later? This reads like you got coaching between your posts.
That doesn't make sense. If I were mafia, I would already know who was town and who wasn't. I suggest digging until you find three top scum reads (people you think are mafia) and continue to case build. Don't sit on your vote without being a detective.
You have no reason to think I am mafia as yet. Town gather info until they can build a solid case; voting your gut this early is a shot in the dark at best. Why am I mafia?[DOUBLEPOST=1408240347][/DOUBLEPOST] That's... Not a bad argument, but you should wait. My experience can help town too.
Hah, no thanks. First vote is semi-innocuous, but the other two form a wagon. Can you explain how your votes help you or town?
Let me do a little coaching since this seems to have thrown some people for a loop: Vote randomly to draw out reactions and get people involved in the game. At a certain point these reactions will provide actual tells and either clear or confirm someone as mafia, allowing us to switch wagons onto them. Sitting around leads to a no lynch, which means mafia get a free kill. Draw out as much info as you can.
Krowley, how does town profit from you voting yourself? If you are mafia. Good vote, me.[DOUBLEPOST=1408235800][/DOUBLEPOST] This is what we call random voting stage. Votes don't matter until a wagon forms. Waiting around and doing nothing does not help town gather info.

Still have a few hours before start...
Oh. My bad.
Here. Let's have some fun! @hyuge: If you aren't active enough to hunt mafia, you'll become a liability since we can't know that you are not mafia. Try to be as helpful as you can, please.
I didn't even know there was one.
Thank you.
Because new stimulus is important. It makes things memorable.
