I might be able to save you the trouble. We'll see how things go.
Don't rolespec town. Mafia will target the vig right away. If you have a target for the vig (e.g. due to a role), you can tell them via the thread, but don't try to out them. They can turn the tide in a pinch.
Oooh. That explains a lot. Thanks. Smart move because of the name change, too.
I admit I expected Mafia to wise up and hide from the Watcher, but that one was more than unexpected. I didn't even realize Tale was in the game.
Don't be here all week.
I did. And then I found it hilarious. That piece did not run the risk of confusing people about the meanings of terms. Mocking the right people didn't hurt it, either.
I was just about to make that joke. Technically it's full pineapplebody. How do you feel about Spongebob?
It's a name, not a title. No relation to Dr Pepper.[DOUBLEPOST=1409553837][/DOUBLEPOST]It is a great episode though. One of Smith's best.
I treat satire as real talk when I don't find it funny. I didn't know they made Doctor Who comics.
Privilege is what we call it when others are oppressed and you are not. Checking your privilege means taking stock of the difference between your experience and the experiences of the oppressed; stepping down from your lofty position and seeing things from the perspective of someone who was not afforded the comforts you were. Less real stuff now. What was Cat's thing?
Oh yeah? If you're a pineapple, how are you typing this?
Make a Noise in the World from SOUND of DEATH NOTE
Which race of pineapples?
Spoiler The torture!
Here's a tip for the pitch: Think about what kind of BS would convince you.
Me neither. Then again it depends on the product. I've haggled successfully before. Strictly under the table, but it's something. Just finished...
Throw me a bone here.
About the video... The guy starts off horribly. He jumps right to judging the people who need this kind of advice. Insults are not what they need. It's easier to get past on a second watch. The techniques and psychology are spot-on. I believe they can be a great help. Hope the foreknowledge helps, Laurence. Personally, I've had experiences with generalized bloodlust. If that's what you're experiencing, I don't think anger management can help, since you're not really angry. Let us know how the video helps or where it doesn't. It might offer some deeper insight.
That's different, then. You'd know better than I.
