    Very well.

Your role is still unclear. Marushi has some valid points about your insistence that you look up to us as people you know to be town. That kind of stuff butters us up but doesn't do anything aside from that. Makes a lot of sense as a mafia tactic. I don't have any better cases. You were also on Mish's list of town-likes. You are as odd as hyuge, but there's one problem hyuge doesn't have. What you did makes no sense as a town move but does make sense as a mafia move. Most of hyuge's bad actions don't make sense for either.

Carry on.[DOUBLEPOST=1410476636][/DOUBLEPOST]p.s. ars nvoa wins this.

I don't have the patience to let this game go.

Surprisingly reasonable given your track record. Can you explain why you bought my case on hyuge when it was the same as the one on you?

Your reaction is bizarrely scared. I have managed to come back from a three vote wagon and a soft lynch without much trouble or shoddy self-defense antics.

That's not theorizing. It's scrambling for a scapegoat.

We have reason to believe BtD is town due to Mish's reads.

You are on Moksha only because they have no opinions. They already said they had no opinions. I asked them pointed questions already. They have an alibi for this: they are replacing someone else who had no opinions before them.

Your reasons for suspecting TwilightBlader are the same reasons we suspect you. Only following what others say? Not having opinions of your own? Sounds familiar.

Let me put this in perspective. If we kill anyone who isn't confirmed town, we have a chance of killing a second mafia. If we kill you and we are wrong, we get info from the kill. If we kill Moksha and we are wrong, we get no info from the kill. If killing mafia is worth two points and getting info from a mislynch is worth one point, then let's do the math:

We kill you: Mafia (2) or Mislynch (1) - Minimum 1 point no matter what, plus tangible reason to suspect them
We kill Moksha: Mafia (2) or Mislynch (0) - Minimum 0 points, plus no actual reason to suspect them

You tell me what is the better gamble.

You claim to be getting your theories out there before you die but in actuality all you've done is say that you are more valuable to town than inactive people. You've done exactly what I accused hyuge of doing earlier. The difference is that in your case your ideas are borrowed. You're agreeing with Marushi's ideas about Vivi. My ideas about hyuge. You're saying what I said before about mafia hiding within inactives. You're grasping for any argument that takes the spotlight off of you.

You're currently an active sheep but nothing more. Prove me wrong.[DOUBLEPOST=1410473960][/DOUBLEPOST]p.s. don't invite me in again

    I'm out.

If the purpose was to see if anyone would ask who it was, then you cut yourself short by adding 'I won't say who' at the end of the initial statement.

Once again, no vote and no questions. Why no vote and no questions? If you're done gathering info then what are you waiting for? To go back on your suspicion and vote someone else at the end of the day? To not vote at all?

What do you think of the case against hyuge?

    Tip:

If there is no benefit then your thoughts are not detective work. They are self-defense work. Don't overcompensate. This makes you look overeager to clear your name rather than someone who has town's best interest at heart.[DOUBLEPOST=1410405720][/DOUBLEPOST]Put more bluntly...

That thought did not need to be typed out under any circumstances. It helps us not at all whether you live or die. It's a waste of breath.

The question is, why waste the breath?[DOUBLEPOST=1410406118][/DOUBLEPOST]
Find the person you think is the most suspicious (besides Mish).

Ask them things you think would help you confirm your suspicion.

Take risks. Anything is better than nothing.[DOUBLEPOST=1410406735][/DOUBLEPOST]@lost girl,

I don't see any questions or other requests for info. If you're done gathering info, why haven't you voted?

Whatever you do, do not reveal this. Remember this lesson. This is very important.

Do not rolespec (publicly speculate about) who has town roles. Town does not learn who mafia are, but the mafia learn who the role holder is. That is a major loss for town.

Role holders will come forward when they have information that can help. If you out them before they get it, you're feeding them to the dogs.

So long as you recognize that you could be more helpful then it's alright. Please try to be more conscientious of your fellow teammates from now on.

On a side note, it's important to be objective about Beau. It's true, we were wrong about him being mafia. That's sad. But that doesn't mean we were wrong to think he was mafia. You were aware of that and voted for him eventually in agreement. You must recognize somewhere in the back of your head that it was a reasonable judgment at the time.

On the other side, the defense of Beau was pretty unhelpful. It may not have been selfish but it didn't help us find a better target. It was making things personal. This game is brutal in the sense that defending people, including yourself, is nearly always worthless. It wastes time and makes everyone more middling and unsure of themselves. At worst it leads us to a No Lynch.

In this game we get far more info from incorrectly killing people than from twiddling our thumbs not wanting to step on toes. You have to be willing to die for the cause. If you wanted to help Beau and help town at the same time, you could have cased someone else instead of saying we should go back to the drawing board.

His leaving was a sad happenstance but it was inevitable. We had no way to know that he was innocent. We had some reason to think he wasn't. I don't like how it hurt him but I don't think anyone acted badly in it either. It was bad luck of the draw. We did what we were supposed to do with the information given and we can't expect any more than that. Including from Beau.

The only things you do benefit yourself. That's not usually that big of an issue. It can be in the case of a hammer.

We gained nothing by hammering. You didn't care. You took a gamble. It almost certainly cost us information as no one posting between then and the deadline was very unlikely.

You need to recognize that other town wanted to post. You prevented them. You're trampling on them.

How can we trust you if your only meaningful action in the game is self-centered?

I don't think you are mafia. That's not where I'm coming from.

I'm asking you how we can trust you if you do things that hurt all of us all on your own and don't care about the rest of your team. Like Bite the Dust, I gut read you town. Town who don't give a shit about anyone but themselves, but still town.

If all you're worried about is my suspicion then you've been reading these posts wrong. I'm urging you to start thinking about this a team game and recognize that what you did was sub-optimal. Your complete lack of remorse doesn't make me feel better about it. Why would I play on the team of someone who wants to run a one-man show?

That kind of thinking can get town killed.

default wasn't the only person we needed to investigate. The more time we have and the more posts we have the better off we are.

The harm is in thinking you can take a risk that affects everyone else in a negative way and then just shrug it off. You're not being a team player.

What you did gets a little more complex when you hammered it in.

Town could have gotten more info from the remaining time. For the first time in the game you made an assertive move. The move you made was a personal decision that ended up cutting off everyone's chances to dig things up. You didn't ask what others wanted. You acted on your own and ended up stopping other people from investigating.

I don't think you did this on purpose, but it's important that you realize it was not smart. It was selfish. There are much better things you could do to help town. Instead of hammering you could ask questions.

If you're being passive, forcing everyone else to stop talking is not the way to do it.
