Xioimara relaxed once Toki put away his weapon. Xioimara watched Toki for a few seconds. She then looked at Xara and, without hesitation, focused on the tennis ball in her hand.
She edged away from Toki. The red fur on the back of her neck still standing. The red and tan canine simply watched Toki. Her ears faced forward as she watched his every move.
The wolf stood back as Toki suddenly took out his weapon. A low growl echoed from her throat. Deep but loud. She kept an eye on him as her body stiffened up, not quite sure if she could trust him. After all, they were enemies no more than a day ago.

Xiomara's form shifted as they headed out. She trotted quietly next to Xara and Toki. She felt like being quiet and just listening to them talk. The heat of the day was becoming intense, and as such, the wolf became calm. Almost lethargic like.
Maybe Spirit should learn how to write a little better.
