Flynn turned his head, hearing a commotion. He smiled. "Looks like it's time to play," he said, running toward the sound and pulling his bowstaff out.

Hide bit his lip as he entered the boy's dorm. "Hello? Anyone else here? Don't tell me I'm alone," he said with a laugh.

Maybe, since they were meddling with the darkness, it took a longer amount of time to lose their hearts, so they aged in that time?

The Hatter turned and looked at her. "You suppose? You seemed ready to fight just a moment ago..." he mused, then frowned and went back to his work. "You're going to have to.
