Take it from me, being a "Hero" buddy, its overrated...I tend to be that "Shoulder" you mention with my "friends" you know what it brings to me? The only time they really reach out and make an effort to talk/be around me, is when they need advice, or to vent to me, and the minute I try to do the same, I find myself alone(regarding "RL" friends). I know what its like to help, and can understand where you come from, I am the same way...I would take the shirt off my back and give it to a friend if they needed it. Without a second thought.....but, one thing I have learned. You cant beat yourself up over what you can't help. Just do your best man. That's all a TRUE friend would expect. Don't try to be a "Hero" because, a hero is just an over glorified martyr. And no one needs that. A hero is someone the people welcome when its convenient, and then discard. You are a friend of mine(in my eyes at least) And I wouldn't want to see that happen to you. Friends are not what the weakness is, as harsh as it may sound, its what was needed to be said to me at one point. The weakness is your inability to let go and not "fix" everything.... I, as well as countless people are here for you, so your not going to be forgotten. Ever.
hehe,cant wait to see if you get who is who now then....every main character in that game is supposed to be linked to an older character...
although GU is sort of a continuing story from .hack//IMOQ, there isnt really much overlap, some of the characters reappear, but most of the recurring characters have new players, now so, theyre not the same "person" the main character of the original series is Haseo's "antagonist" so to speak, for a good portion of the story, and if you have a //Quarantine clear data file, said character will even retain the name you gave him in the previous series. I would suggest playing //IMOQ (Infection, Mutation, Outbreak, Quarantine) before the GU series, mainly for aesthetic purposes. It is NOT necessary though

I just wanted to tell those of you who may have that relied on me, I have NOT forgotten about this place. I have been swamped with work, and the fact that me and my girlfriend(fiance if you want to be technical) are trying to get our own place to live. Most of you may not know, it costs ALOT to move into your own home, let alone your FIRST home....that coupled with promotions at work etc, has drastically diminished my time here, I know I have a responsibility to you all, and thats why I wanted to apologize for my lack of being here when you may/may not need me. for those who have my cell phone number, dont hesitate to call/text me, I'd love to hear from you. those that talk to me on msn/yim/aim/whatever....I will try to be on more often for you folks, I do still care about you all, I do still cherish being an admin here, regards.

im not condoning his actions, but I find this line of your post VERY wrong. how would that solve anything? I t would be better to use the law against him and make him pay that way. besides, you know the saying. two wrongs dont make a right.
