I joined this site hoping to learn some info on KH2:FM+, since, I don't exactly live in Japan. Can't read Japanese either, so no point of me ordering it and fiddling with it. Hell, I'd probably blow something up, I'm not a very technical guy. So, when I was looking through the arts and graphics section, ooing and aweing the many totally awesome renders/siggys/avatars (after I learned what they meant, of course), I got the crazy idea to try to do some of this stuff myself. I downloaded Gimp (I thought the name sounded cool), checked out a few tuts, and tried to render a pic of the kick *** old guy (from the secret ending in KH2:FM+) I took using WMM. Its nothing great, but since its my first, could you rate it for me? I thought it was fun, although I didn't do so good. I'll probably do a lot more of these. A lot better than rebeating KH, KH:CoM, or KH2 (which is almost all that I've done all summer. See how many times I can max stats and **** within 2 months.) Oh yeah, to stop this from happening too much, I know I effed up the fingers in several spots... He's so decrepit, and his fingers are all crooked, it was kinda hard to get it right. This render took me about 35 minutes to make, but, I was reading a tut on how to render while doing it, so....xD P.S. Any mods reading this... Am I posting this in the wrong section? I'm normally the first to fight to the death over my beliefs, but theirs nothing anyone can say against that. Unless they just ignant'. Lol. I thought of an okay example to. I went over to a friends house, for a party, 'cuz Halo 2 had just been released (yeah, this was a while ago), I had kicked the **** out of everyone but one of 'em, and was currently vsing him. Almost everyone was cheering him on. The kid who's house we were at (I guess I won' say his real name) all of a sudden said "Hey, guys, check it out!" I paused the game walked over, and saw that he was looking at lesbian pornography. Everyone crouded around and was pretty much drooling. I said "Cool." and walked away. Everyone immediately assumed I was a queer. First, I'm not btw. Second, it DID turn me on. Third, I think pornography is wrong. Its just that I don't think it should be used as some sort of tool to help you "get a load off", nor do I find them [lesbians] THAT interesting. Most guys do. I guess its all with the hormonal differences. Something might turn you on/off more than the next person. Now, I heard someone who supported the gene thing say people just don't wake up one day and say I shall be a lesbian/gay guy (I said it nicer, I think). Before I become seriousness on something as serious as a debate on a serious problem, I must say... The reason why so many people think I'm odd, maybe even a little gay myself, within my church, is that I have several friends who are gay, emo, lesbians, and some others who don't even fall into a category. I completely support gay marriages, although I'm not gay. Now, earlier, I said that I'm Catholic. But I've kinda sorta had a falling out with the church in general (meaning, not just the Catholic church). I don't support some of the rules/guidelines/beliefs that they have. 1. Why, is sex, a sin. Even for married couples? Some say, its not. Only for unmarried couples, is it considered a sin. Then why, when the baby is born, does it carry the original sin? Even though sex is a bad thing, people are normally ecstatic when you have a baby. WTF? Did I dose off during a Sunday School lesson? 2. God wants us all to be peacefull. To love, and cherish one another. Except people who are different from others... I guess. I could take this as far back as African Americans, but I skim my text above, and notice I'm already off topic. I am talking of religions faults/flaws.. Not gay marriage. Although, the two are linked... Hmm. Wutev. If you've taken this religious thingy far back enough, and read some of the stuff from Mary Magdalene, some of the Lost Scrolls, that aren't so lost anymore, and such, you might know of this. In one account, Peter, a disciple asks something close to the following: Why do you kiss her on the mouth (he's speaking to Jesus about Magdalene)? Do you love her, more than us? I mean, come on. Whether a gay/lesbian couple get married or not, they could always go to one of the "priests" who will wed anyone, whether its legal or not, and kinda look the other way. There's a name or these people, but I can't remember what it was... Wish I did. My mom has a co-worker who is married to her wife illegally. They loved each other so much, it didn't matter to them. If marriage isn't legalized, gay couples will still be together. And, from a view from a straight person (the following might be rude, but is true), why not let them get married?
